They are great however you cook them. I grilled some, made a cabbage stri-fry and boiled some. Will try red beans and rice next. They don’t disappoint.

Hadn't had these sausages in years decided to pick up a pack and throw them on the grill for Memorial Day they were perfect I'm definitely going to purchase another pack or two for the 4th of July

By far the best smoked sausage… there's only ever been another that I know of and that was Larry smoked sausage from Fayetteville NC Carolina butttt, after having this sausage Larry's has nothing on this. Because, over time don't know why, but they change there recipes..and that's crazy if it's not broken don't fit it.

So glad these seem to be a solid stock item at our Sam’s club. We grill, sauté with onions and peppers, low country boil, slice up with cabbage, on a hotdog bun. Very versatile.
