My brother and I make several hundred pounds of sausage per year. We both love this brand. It has all the high quality ingredients of home made. The casing is natural and the links are all perfect. It is a mild, all around great tasting sausage, not too salty, only just enough fat. It is not good value for money, it is an excellent product. My local Sam's just ran out and I am on my last bag of it. Get some if you can !!

Wasn’t good at all

Still a darn good sausage. Great alternative to Conecuh and the spice blend lends itself well to a wide number if applications. Too bad they went and made all of the sausages smaller. Used to be a 5lb vac. Now, its only 4lbs.

So i bought these after reading raving reviews. Ugh...so disappointed. I tried these air fried, fried, with chili, plain, with ketchup & mustard. Various ways...and all horrible. Not sure why the rave reviews as in my opinion, they are horrible. Taste bad and definetly not worth the money. I hate wasting meat, but the thought of having to eat another makes me sick. Thankfully i have dogs that will eat anything. Hopefully you will like them way more than i did.

This product doesn't have a thick casing, it has A VERY THICK CASING. To the point it IS a choking hazard. I know sausage and this is the thickest casing I have ever run across. The meat is good the casing is NOT.

Nasty! And casing is to thick, cant chew it. All them 5 stars with no post must be from the company itself!! Waste of money!!
