Great flavor for a frozen gumbo. Next best thing when you live far from New Orleans.

Bland...not worth it.

I don't understand these poor reviews saying it has no flavor or too much salt. This gumbo is a delicious substitute for a quick easy meal when you don't have hours to make a roux. My family loves it! (And my wife grew up in New Orleans so she knows gumbo).

I love gumbo and saw this product at Sam’s and decided to take a chance. Well, it’s a chance that I wished that I could redo this gumbo is horrible. I should have read the reviews prior to making the purchase, because I agree with others when you open the bag you immediately smell a burnt smell. The bag is lacking meat and is full of liquid and it lacks taste. I attempted to eat a small amount, but ended up throwing both bags in the trash.Please save your money and do not purchase this gumbo.
