Not sure what the bad reviews are for. This is as authentic as I've ever made or momma and dem made. Keeping it on the list for when I don't want to heat up the kitchen, make roux or just want enough for me and my spouse. I'll purchase again.

Taste nothing like gumbo. This product tastes nothing like gumbo. The consistency is really thin. Gumbo should be thick and flavorful. Extremely disappointed.

This product had a great taste, but was EXTREMELY TOO SALTY!!! One bite is all I could!

Not home style but you can add some fresh veggies and flavor.

It was okay, would not buy again.

This gumbo is the worst I have ever tried to eat. After a few bites it went in the garbage. Don’t waste your $$$$

This actually sucks. It's flavorless for what all it has in it. The bag also has a chance to melt and just dump its contents into your pot of water.

I love quick and easy weeknight meals. This was PERFECT and unbelievably tasty considering it came out of a bag. All I did was add rice to it 😋

Horrible. I'm shocked they call this gumbo & Sams is selling it. Watery & brown but No flavor... It taste like they just boiled chicken & spicy sausage. Not even real andouille sausage. Waste of money
