I have used the KILZ brand before in white for some indoor basement painting and liked it very well..Now, I will try the KILZ porch and patio paint on the cement porch and I am expecting this to work as well as the white I used for in my basement..

my house is 100 years old this year. It has a full basement unfinished. Cement on the floor and t walls are crumbling, making it very dusty! I I suffer from allergies. This stops the crumbling and is also a fabulous color. I'm pleased!.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old porch was peeling pretty badly after only 7 years. I believe this was due to the primer on the pre-primed wood floor being subpar, so it was time to attack things. Sanded the old paint to remove loose and chipping paint and applied a coat of Kilz 3 Premium Primer, per instructions. The first coat over the primed floor had me concerned that I would need a 3rd coat, as there were visible differences in color due to areas where I had cut the primer in with a brush, then rolled the rest. HOWEVER, the second coat left the entire project with a consistent color. The porch is just over 200 square feet, and I was able to apply 2 coats. *** NOTE TO KILZ *** - A gray primer would really be helpful with the Slate Gray Porch & Patio Floor Paint! It would greatly enhance the finished product from the perspective of color depth! While Kilz makes a gray primer, it is not recommended for floors. ...now I need to see how it holds up...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this paint. Bought 4 gal to paint railings and post on all 3 of our decks on our house. Goes on easy covers very well. 1 year later still looks fresh painted. Like it so well that I was going to buy more to paint my kitchen cabinets. But none of your retailers in my area stocked it this year. I asked about it and they acted like they had never heard of it. I shop Cabot, Sherwood and North Little Rock Arkansas. Would sure like to get some more. Kilz is the only paint that I buy, the interior of my house is painted with Kilz interior paint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a cat that got diabetes and lost control of her bladder for a long period of time. She couldn't make it to her box all the time and we ended up with spots she chose out of convenience because she had no choice. It was terrible for her and us. We finally had to put her down unfortunately. This left us with some major floor issues in terms of the smell. We got rid of all our carpets and wanted to do wood floors. The problem was the base flooring had absorbed all that cat urine. We tried a lot of stuff to get rid of that smell and nothing worked until we found Kilz. It covered the stains and sealed in the smell. Now our floors look great and our house smells like a house and not a cat box.
