Everything went very smoothly. The ordering process, shipping, and opening everything up. My only complaint is that the pillows and mattress have a very strange smell when first opened. Just needed a day or two to air out and then we were good to go!

My husband has complained about our bed since we were first married. We had a double pillowtop mattress and boxsprings, and most nights he had problems with his back. He would either wake up stiff and sore or end up on the couch. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get a new mattress. He did a little research and narrowed it down to 3 mattresses with yours being his top pick. Let me be clear...I was not thrilled with the idea of switching to a memory foam mattress and I like a soft bed. Your mattress is rated as one of the firmer mattresses, but I wanted my husband to sleep better. I will admit that I was more excited to try the pillows. :) I had already decided I would need to add a down mattress pad to the bed in order to make it more comfortable to sleep on. I felt I needed to be fair and at least try out the bed for a few weeks before I make any changes to it for my husband's sake. The mattress arrived very fast and true as advertised was easy to setup. It took a few nights to get used to the bed, and while I am not usually a lavender fan, I love the smell of the mattress and pillows. Imagine my surprise! We love this mattress! We have used the bed for a month now and it is firm enough to suit my husband, yet the memory foam cushions enough to make me happy...no need for extra padding! We both find we rest better and require less sleep. This bed has been a blessing and I absolutely adore the pillows! I wish we would have make the switch years ago. Just a really cool experience. We received our mattress within 2 days of ordering. I opened it rolled the mattress on to the bed and cut the first layer of plastic which allowed the mate's to unfold to the bed. The I cut the second layer allowing it to take shape with in 30 seconds. It sleeps amazing. No more hot nights. Little to no movement transfer and the plenty of edge support. I go to sleep faster and wake up easier, but I have a hard time getting out of bed now it's too comfortable.

I live a traveling full time rv lifestyle and every pound I bring into my home is a pound of something else I cannot carry. This queen size was so heavy that I needed help carrying it. I can lift a spring mattress on my own. The bed is very firm and I fing myself, not sinking but floating on top. I still toss and turn all night so it solved nothing for me. Perhaps great for someone over 250 who needs more support. Not a fan of this purchase.

This bed was the perfect combination of comfort, quality, ease of delivery and affordablity. I am sleeping the best I have in my entire life. I've no aches and pains and Im sleeping cool for the first time ever. Thank you! and the t-shirt was a nice surprise...

I didn't know about buying such an important piece of furniture online. Especially since I have a husband whose comfort matters, too. But we are both very comfortable so far! The mattress is soft enough for me and form enough for him at the same time. I don't know how that works, but I'm very glad it does. The shipping was super fast, and the unpacking and setup were really easy. Whatever you guys are doing, keep it up!

I love my new mattress!! I was moving to a new apartment and needed a new bigger mattress. Very happy with my Ghostbed. The first few weeks here I had it on the floor before buying a bed frame. The difference in comfort is noticeable between the floor and elevated off the ground on slats. This type of bed is definitely not intended to be on a solid platform. Elevated off the ground on slats is much much more comfortable, so consider that before purchasing.

After actively searching for a bed that wouldn't break the bank. I stumbled upon ghostbed. I'll admit I was a bit skeptical at first of a mattress in a box. I did my homework and read some reviews both good and bad. In the end I took the dive and landed on this amazing mattress. Being a stomach sleeper I had my concerns. It took me a few days to get adjusted to the mattress. Once I did it's giving me the best sleep I've ever had.

We are so happy with our purchase! I wake up happy every day and love my bed. The mattress arrived quickly and was easy to unpack and set up. I am so pleased with the firmness and comfort level of the mattress. It's perfect for both me and my wife. The pillows are the real secret. Get a few pillows because they are unbelievably comfortable paired with this mattress.

I have severe nerve damage, degenerating discs and fibromyalgia among other things and until this mattress, I have never slept on a comfortable mattress. There are times that I am so comfortable I don't even feel my body on the mattress. This is a great mattress for people like me.
