My husband and I recently bought a king sized ghostbed and cover after much research and reading hundreds of reviews. It came in 24 hours- ship time to us was ridiculously fast, which was great. The packaging was easy to manage and it was cool to watch it expand and fill. We were hopeful it would be as amazing as all the reviews claimed. I suffer from lower back pain so was especially excited since many reviews claimed ghostbed was a lifesaver. I woke up feeling fine after the first night, but as the day went on my back just froze up more and more until I was in a huge amount of pain. It probably took a full week and a half (and several chiropractic appointments) for my body to "adjust". My husband was also waking up stiff and sore every day when he has never had any issues before. We committed to the full 30 day trial and although it got less painful it was still much (MUCH) firmer than we anticipated. We were waking up sore and went from being excited to lay down after a long day to feeling "meh" at best about the prospect of laying down in bed. I was excited to try a medium firm bed and we both thought it was easily the firmest bed we had ever slept on. I was in touch frequently with customer service who were always knowledgeable and friendly. They offered us several options including a topper to make it more comfortable- but I really don't see the point of buying a brand new mattress and then having to use a topper to make it tolerable within the first month of use. They also suggested we keep the bed longer, saying 90 days would be a better frame to judge it and that we could soften the bed up by jumping on it or various alternatives that would speed the process up. Since I could barely walk that first few days jumping on the bed seemed ambitious. After a full month of poor sleep and aching bodies we felt one month was a sufficient test for our house. We ended up returning the bed, and buying a new mattress from a brick and mortar store that we actually laid on- it's wonderful and we love it. Ghostbed's return process was fairly straightforward and easy, though the charity they contacted to set up a pick up for me never contacted me nor returned my calls when I tried several times contacting them. In the end we chose our own charity and hauled it there ourselves. It took the FULL 15 business days for our refund to be processed, which I think is a little ridiculous, but all in all we were pretty happy with the customer service. As a sidenote, I was so sure we were going to love the bed when I purchased it that we bought the cover as well to protect our mattress- I thought the ghostbed cover would be best since they are the makers of the bed. It was poor fitting and overpriced- it was also unreturnable. In hindsight I would have tried the bed first and purchased the cover after deciding to keep it instead of paying that much for a cover that matches a bed we no longer have.

I am a retired Marine and an airline pilot. My back has endured a lot of punishment and my sleep suffered. I love this bed! I wake without back pain and am able to stay asleep through the night. I did a lot of research before I made a purchase and I’m really happy with my decision.

My wife and I love our Ghostbed. After sleeping on a mattress that was close to 15 years old, we were due for an upgrade. Back pain is substantially better, as well as no more waking up with shoulder and hip pain. Such a great decision! Thanks, GhostBed!

After a lot of research on consumer reports and reading online we narrowed on the Ghost bed as it was the most firm and had good reviews. Now buying online was a new experience but it did go smoothly. The bed got delivered in timely fashion and we also got the ghost pillows free with our king mattress!!! I do realize that firmness of bed is very subjective, but I just wish it were a bit more firm!

Very comfortable bed we love it . My back pain and hip pain has lestened . Very happy with the matrress and pillows. Only gripe ia we got a king sized bed and the pillows are a bit small if they sold pillows in different sizes it would be amazing now im goinfg to have to buy king size pillows to put under the ghost pillows to make the bed look less awkward. It would be also awesome id they sold a body ghost pillow. But all in all love the mattress comfortable and no motion transfer. Very easy ordering process

We really love this mattress. We were skeptical about buying a mattress online. The more I researched hybrid mattresses the more comfortable I felt about purchasing a mattress without laying on it beforehand. I watched a lot of videos on many different mattresses. The 25 year warranty was the deciding factor over other mattresses that seemed similar in price and quality, but had 10 year warranties. I can honestly say I feel very happy that I decided on this particular mattress. It is better than I expected.

Heard about this bed from the Drinkin Bros podcast. Finally bought one and it is the best thing I have ever slept on. I do not wake up through out the night nor do I toss and turn. I also wake up with no back pain like I used to. I would highly recommend this bed to anyone who wants some of the best sleep they have ever had. Get the Pillows too! They are the best pillow on the market. I cant imagine not sleeping on a Ghostbed or using their pillows

Unfortunately, I purchased this mattress back in July but due to remodeling, I did not put the bed up until 1/15/18 so I am stuck with it and can't return it. I am a side sleeper, I tossed and turned all night with shoulder pain and arm numbness. When I finally did doze off, I woke up sweating. This mattress will be going into the guest bedroom since nobody sleeps there. It was a very expensive mistake!

So I love a firm mattress, but this one is even too firm for me. I woke up with pressure point pain for a month straight. One of the main reasons I chose ghost bed is because I read so many reviews that indicated that the return process is simple and trouble free....well it’s not. They say they’ll help and they do not. At all. The “help” is a suggestion to call a local charity to pick up the mattress. Well guess what, very few charities actually pick up mattresses and almost all the ones I talked to don’t even want them if you bring them. So, my recommendation is to consult with your local charities BEFORE buying the mattress to make sure you have a place to take it if you don’t like it. I’ve begged one of my local places to take the mattress if I bring it to them. It was only after much persuasion that they agreed.

As a big guy with a wife that wanted memory foam I slept on the thin mattress she picked out and woke up with back pain daily. After hearing the Drinkin Bros praise this product I took a chance. The mattress is amazing and the pillow is phenomenal. I would recommend both to anyone.
