The bed arrived quickly and was as described. They even included 2 free t-shirts. We also go the ghost pillows to go with it, and they are great! They accidentally sent us three extra, and when I called to report the error, they said keep them, it was their mistake. So... as far as service and shipping goes they are top notch. We have had a memory foam matress in the past years ago and my wife loved it as well, but I did not. We ended up taking it back. I was hoping that I would love the Ghost mattress, hoping the other memory foam mattress we had years ago was just a bad mattress. We have had the Ghost bed about three weeks now and I am still not loving it, although my wife does! She can fall asleep on it in about 3 minutes, and I end up tossing and turning all night and end up waking up stiff. The mattress is a lot firmer than I imagined it would be, and I even like a firm mattress. My wife likes a soft mattress, but she is loving this one. I may not be the best person to review this mattress, because it seems as if memory foam mattresses are just not for me. I will continue to give it a try for the new few weeks, but I can already tell that my lack of sleep is starting to affect me. So.... I struggle giving this 3 stars, because my wife would give it a 4 or 5, and I would give it a 1 or 2. So, I guess we meet in the middle at 3.

I found the bed to be a little too firm for what I prefer. But the mattress breathes well , my old mattress didn’t and was hot in the summer. Also has good support minimizing the chance for back pain. The edge support is much better than my previous mattress in which I could sit and not slip off.

We are so happy with our Ghost Bed and we have slept so much better from the first day! The price was better than any other brands of that type.I have always had problems with pillows making my neck hurt but, the ghost pillows are wonderful. What a life saver!

I actually do love it. I looked forever for real reviews because everything online seemed so fake and paid for but the bed is worth it. Get a king, so much bed, you will LOVE it. Anyway, honestly an awesome purchase. I don't like the policies much but that's because I'm a back/stomach sleeper. Side sleepers may love it.

So we had a pillowtop mattress that cost an arm and a leg for over 10 years. Because of the enormous price tag, we were reluctant to part with it even though we were sleeping horribly. I researched endlessly. I'm a side/stomach sleeper and my husband is a back sleeper and some of the other foam mattresses on the market had reviews that were higher for one and lower for the other. I was finally convinced to go with the ghost bed after seeing it got higher marks in all areas. We ordered and I told my husband we only had a few more nights and sleeping on the couch ahead of us. First off, I was blown away by the speed of shipping. We ordered it on a Sunday and had it by the Tuesday. I was floored. I set it up right away and anticipated a transition period of not sleeping too great while we got used to it. We climbed into bed on night one and I woke up 8 hours later and I don't think I moved a fraction!!!! I have NEVER slept so hard! Fast forward several weeks and the trend continues. We are hooked. So glad we tossed the super expensive (although old) pillowtop and went ghost. Best decision we have ever made.

We purchased a king size ghostbed approximately two months ago. We took the deal with the three pillows. We are really pleased with this mattress although it's a little firmer than our old mattress I have seen a noticeable decrease in back pain in the morning. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mattress that is slightly firmer than your traditional mattress. The mattress stays cool and does not sag when you get close to the edge pleasantly surprised. The ghost pillows are very comfortable although slightly thinner for my taste. I highly recommend the ghostbed and I'm pleased with my purchase

I was skeptical buying online . But after sleeping on a sterns foster for the last 3 years and waking up with aches and pains. I gave it a go . The trial with money back guarantee made me feel more comfortable . I have had this matteessn for 3 weeks now and I can tell you I won't be sending this back ! In my previous bed I would frequently wake up with pain in my back and shoulders. With the Ghostbed which I have had for about a month these problems have been minimized or eliminated. Sometimes I feel that it slightly warms up, but it is not a problem. There is no odors coming from the bed and it seems to be a perfect blend of softness and firmness.

My husband and I did a lot of research on these type of mattresses. We decided on the ghostbed and it was the best choice we have ever made. I will admit that the first two nights were not the greatest but now I find that I'm not moving a lot while and I'm sleeping like a rock. This bed is absolutely amazing! I had major back issues and neck pain on my old spring mattress, but I have been sleeping a full 8 hours every night since receiving the mattress without tightness or pain. The bed is neither too soft or too firm. It conforms to your body for an overall great feel. You won't be disappointed.
