So far so good. There were a few bumps in the process of getting the bed, the people at GhostBed were quick to help and get things resolved. The bed is great, the first night was awesome. I did not need any time to get use to the bed. I stayed away from home for several days after using the GhostBed for a week, and the first night back home was amazing, getting back into GhostBed was absolute bliss. The adjustable base will take some time tho, it is difficult for me to justify the cost for something I do not use everyday. My husband and I got a ghost bed mattress and foundation several years ago and have been hooked ever since. When our spare bedroom needed a new mattress, we got a GhostBed mattress. Our family and friends always comment on how comfortable our mattress is. When we recently moved to a new house where we knew family and friends would be visiting we decided to put in a GhostBed in all the bedrooms. I’m happy to say family was super comfortable during their whole time here. We also recently had my brother-in-law stay with us one night and he slept through his alarm.... he blamed it on the bed and asked where he could get one :) Needless to say we are very happy with ours. What we love most is the firmness that is balanced by the cushioning in pressure points.

I am a side sleeper with a cervical issue. Our mattress was 15 years old so I thoroughly researched mattresses and especially since Consumer Reports rated it very high, we decided to invest much more money than we ever had on a mattress to buy the Ghost Bed. We bought the complete set, foundation, queen size mattress, 2 pillows, and the mattress protector. Although a pain to put together, I did get the foundation built. The mattress was unboxed right on the bed which was a good thing because it is completely unwieldy. I CANNOT imagine why the designers did not put hand grips on either side or end. I believe it had to be a marketing thing to discourage returns because really, that thing is going to be really difficult to move. Now, I LOVE the sleep that I get on the mattress even though it's a tad firmer than expected, and especially that I don't feel any movement from my spouse who comes to bed much later than I do. However, despite Consumer Reports giving the mattress high scores for durability, we've already found the mattress pitting on both sleeping sides and we haven't even had it 30 days. That's extremely concerning and will drive whether we return it before the 60 day guarantee. This mattress is probably an excellent choice for the younger more fit crowd but not for the older (but wiser lol) less fit set.

It actually sleeps quite hot, despite what their marketing material says. Also, I can’t quite get proper mid-back support in just about any sleeping position. I will be returning it and I’m going with one of their competitor’s products made from a different material that sleeps cooler and supports my back better.

Impressive sleep and comfort for both of us. The GhostBed classic is just what the doctor ordered for our backs and good night sleeps. Never had any mattress feel so right from day one. Seems to get better each night, it's a keeper. Even our Cat likes it better.

I purchased early to have my mattress ready for when I moved into my new apartment. It’s still sitting in the box! The delivery was quick and easy and I really did my digging when purchasing a new mattress and found that GhostBed was the only website that detailed how long you could keep the mattress In the box (under the FAQs) and honestly that pushed me over the edge. I’m excited to try my new bed but can already feel the comfortable sleep I’m yet to have.

We had to replace our kids' mattress after a move back from overseas and after doing some research we realized that the ghost bed was the same price, or lower than other 'regular' mattresses. After falling in love with ours we decided to get one for them. They sleep great and now when we have company we can sleep on their bed and let our company have ours.

We really want to absolutely love it. It's not a bad mattress. We are just not sleeping well and still waking with back pain. The best thing about it is the size. We went for king size and there is so much room! Other than that I'm sad that I'm not enjoying it more.

We have had our mattresses for just over a month now. It initially feels hard when you are first on it, but after about 10+ minutes it starts to conform to your body while still giving you the support needed. We have the classic style and it seems to still sleep a little hot. Worth the price? My husband thinks so, I’m not completely sold.

I am 63 and woke up with back issues every morning. Surprisingly I have had NO back issues since I have been sleeping on this mattress. It is very comfortable. Don’t let the small biz fool you that it comes in. It takes about one day to completely transform into your new mattress. Very pleased!
