I have slept on hand-me-down mattresses most of my adult life, and had only one other memory foam mattress that was my own. As soon as I laid down on this mattress once the foundation was put together, I sighed in relief. I have never slept better, and will never give up my Ghost Bed to another! Thank you Ghost Bed! My husband and I were looking to upgrade from our memory foam queen to a new king. We did a lot of research and talked with many people about the best bed to purchase. After much debate, it came down to the GhostBed vs. Purple. We did even more research and agreed that the GhostBed seemed to be the best deal for the money we were about to spend. We have two small children so spending money is something that we take very seriously! I could not be happier with the decision to buy the GhostBed! The very first night was pure bliss. My husband and I had the best sleep we have had in years! We did not feel each other moving in the night, in fact we are fairly certain that we didn't even move because it was so comfortable. Even now, months later, we still comment about what a great night sleep we had on the GhostBed. We have told our family and friends and also want to share this with you that this is a great purchase. This mattress is no joke. Just buy it. Now! If you can imagine how well little baby Jesus slept, in the manger, in his Golden Fleece diaper...multiply that by a kiss on the cheek from an angel and a hug from Mother Mary herself. That's it!! That's how you'll sleep!! Thank me later.

The ghost bed is a great value considering the materials that make up the bed at its price point. However, please note if you're heavy like myself (275 lbs) you will sink straight through the mattress and it will not support you. I even added a sheet of plywood, it helped a little, but it does not support me. I am going to be returning my ghost bed as soon as the 30 days is up. I am sure if you're lighter than I am it will work great but it does not hold up well for heavier people despite the rating being 700 lbs.

Loved our first now we are buying our second for our little ones room. We did have a small problem while ordering. It took several trys for the transaction to go through. Not sure why, but eventually it went through. It was a little frustrating. But still love the mattress it's self.

Only had it for about a month. I'm coming from a tempurpedic that I had for about 10 years. The ghostbed is slightly firmer than the tempurpedic that i was used to, but I doubt it has been fully broken in yet. I'm so glad I took the chance with this bed- it feels great.

We had been looking for a new mattress forever-and saving up for a sleep number. Once we went and viewed the sleep numbers - after years of coveting one, I was unimpressed. My husband did some research and convinced me to try the ghost bed since we could return it after sleeping on it. I am so glad we did! I was skeptical at first, I have 6 herniated disks in my lower back and I have had surgery. I am getting my best night's sleep in years. I have recommended it to all my family and friends! It truly is so reasonably priced and so very comfortable. my husband easily put the base together. Our base cover did have pine sap on it and we were quickly sent a new one. The waterptoof mattress protector is wonderful as well- not plastic! My only complaint is the pillows are standard size- we have a king sized bed so all of our pillow cases look ridiculous and I miss longer pillows.

So big problem! My husband loves our ghost bed. He immediately loved it, and I was immediately concerned. I laid on my back and noticed the back of my knees felt unsupported. Meh, I'm not a back sleeper so... After sleeping on the ghost bed for a month I don't like it. I sleep in my stomach and I wake up feeling back stiffness and during the night I am constantly awake b\\c my arms go numb b\\c of the way I prop them under my pillow. I'm not exactly sure why this is happening. I'm the one who wanted ghost bed. I felt like I needed a stiffer mattress, but I don't think my body presses into this mattress enough to cradle me. I'm really disappointed, but my husband loves it. Perhaps I'll have to buy a topper of some sort.

I went back and forth for a couple months before I finally took a leap and purchased this mattress. There are no words to describe how amazing of a mattress this is!! It doesn't get overly hot and just seems perfect when you lie down on it! I only wish I had bought it years ago!!
