Bed's are overhyped. This one is fine, but let's admit it, none of them delivers on all that they promise. Am I sleeping better? No. But it is more comfortable than my previous mattress, so I like it. The pillow is really nice though, much better than my memory foam pillow. BUT - the pillow still stinks after a month of trying to air it out. They gotta do something about that smell!

GhostBed has just been a dream to sleep on every night. I've had 2 back surgeries so you can imagine that most new beds give me fits as my back seeks to adjust to the new mattress. However, I did not have those adjustment issues when I slept on the GhostBed. I purchased and received the GhostBed the second week of November and as today (November 27), I have no pain and have not had any. Wow! I always wake up feeling very refreshed and ready to start my day. The GhostPillow is also wonderful as it keeps me cool when I start sweating in the middle of the night. (The GhostBed keeps me cool as well!) Lastly, the GhostBed Team is phenomenal. They are easy to reach and very helpful. They assisted me tremendously during the order process. I initially purchased items individually and not as a bundle. However, when they contacted me to confirm my identity (great security measure), they also recommended I get a bundle to reduce my costs. Based on the firmness rating we purchased the Ghost Bed thinking it was more to the firmer side. After sleeping on it for a few weeks it falls in the mid range of soft to firm 1 being soft 10 being firmest it is a 5. Everything associated with purchasing the bed was great. We received the bed the next day after ordering. We haven't had it 31 days yet but when that is met we will be sending the bed back. Hopefully the return will be as advertised as no hassles. This bed is a good bed it was just to soft for our comfort. The problem with these beds in a box you just don't know what firmness it will be since there is no standard scale and everybody is different. We went to various websites for testimonials all were different when it came to firmness. We have ordered another bed that is supposed to be firmer.

I've been on the original Ghostbed for about 3 weeks now. Morning stiffness is pretty much gone. The mattress was actually a little firmer than I thought it would be. I'm a big guy and don't feel like I sink in at all. The ghost pillows were just too soft, and I actually had to buy a new thicker pillow, because my head felt to low sleeping on my side. I'm still debating on swapping to the Ghostbed Lux just for a softer feel, but I could definitely still live with the original.

Although my husband likes the bed, I have woken up with back and neck pain every night since starting to sleep on the GhostBed. I tried the bed for the full 30 day period and just can't do it any longer. When I tried to return the bed, I was refused. I am very dissapointed in GhostBed.

We have been sleeping on the mattress now for about 90 days. I still wake up several time a night needing to change position because I am uncomfortable. I think it is worse for my wife. I would describe us as both fairly average in height and weight. The mattress has very good support and I think it is well constructed so I will give it a couple of stars for that. However, it is just to firm to be comfortable for us. We don't really sink into it at all. After a couple of hours the points of contact, whether it be on my back or side have become uncomfortable and I have to change position. I seems to me to need a softer layer of material on top. I thought it would "break in" and become softer as we slept on it more but we haven't notice much more than a very minor change in firmness.

I originally tried out a Leesa mattress but started to develop back pain from the softer support. I decided to give Ghostbed a shot because I had heard good things and that they had a firmer level of support. I'm so glad I made the switch because I've felt much more supported and comfortable than with the Leesa. Recommended if you want a firm, but comfortable mattress.

Replaced a 20-year-old mattress with a GhostBed. I went from waking up multiple times a night to sleeping throughout the night. It is a little firmer than I prefer, so I added a quality 3" memory foam topper to it. I have great support and now feel like I sleep in the clouds. Honestly, I am very happy with my purchase and regret nothing. My buddies 3500 dollar mattress is less comfortable to me. My friend also purchased a ghost bed and loves it as is. Regardless of whether you add a topper or not, the ghost bed gives the support your body wants.

We ordered a GhostBed for our downstairs daybed and we love it. The most exciting thing for us was that when it arrived compressed in a box we realized we would be able to get a king up the narrow steps of our old house. We just got our California King and we love it!
