We have had the bed for a little over a month and it's too firm for me and my wife.

Never going back to a regular mattress,GHOSTBED for life.

Not the best ever but not bad for the money. As someone with back issues I like my futon better.

Bed is not stated dimensions. Is wider than that. Support non responsive.
