Firm and soft at the same time. Just right for both me and my husband who are in our 70's when backs and shoulders hurt more. Pillows are supportive and so comfortable providing good spine alignment without being hard and stiff. Great sleeps happen here!

We received our queen size ghostbed 3 weeks ago and have slept more comfortably in these 3 weeks than in the last 10 years! It was so easy to open and had no odor. We opened it and slept on it 3 hours later. I had been waking up with bs k pain every morning for years on our old mattress and I have not experienced the pain once since getting the ghostbed. I highly recommend it!

I originally purchased this bed for my husband's back problems and I was afraid that I would hate it. There are several reviews saying it is too firm for smaller women. I found the bed to be firm, but sleepable right out of the box. However, after just a week it softened up and we are both in love! It doesn't sleep hot at all and you sink into it, but not so much you feel trapped. I can't believe we ever slept on anything else. I definitely recommend it and I don't want to get out of it in the mornings. My only complaint is that it's not the best bed for side sleepers, but it's not the worst either. Also, I love the pillows! They are just amazing!

We moved our daughter to college and set up her bed. Worked out beautifully, she is very comfortable. However I ordered a twin foundation, only to discover we couldn't use it. Now I don't know how to return it. The shipping papers are gone. I would appreciate it if someone could let me know what I need to do. We never took it out of the box. Please reply.

We actually ended up with the Ghost Bed after having to replace the Purple Bed due to an allergy to the powder coating polymer they use on the gel inside. First, I love that the GB shipped SUPER fast! It was much quicker coming than the PB. It looks a little nicer aesthetically (though that doesn't really matter all that much when sheets are on it). We love that it's quite a bit thicker, or maybe just more resilient, than the PB. We have a metal base beneath it and my husband had a lot of trouble "plopping" onto the PB because it wasn't resilient enough to keep him from pressing through to the boxed springs before rebounding to the supported sleeping position. It is more comfortable through sheets as the PB has a diamond-ish pattern that you can feel through sheets (though that didn't bother me too much, but I can see how it would bother some people). The GB is a more firm mattress for the type of mattress it is. PB was a bit softer. I prefer soft, but I still like the support the GB gives. Husband loves the firmness of it, and he thinks it's just perfect. We've been sleeping on it for a few weeks and have had no neck/back pain. With our previous previous (regular pillow top) mattress, we were both having horrible alignment issues. The PB was lovely for me, but I also only weigh about 130#. My husband did still have some neck and back issues with PB at about 200#, but he says that he hasn't had any at all since sleeping on the GB. We really love it so far. Overall, I would give this a 4.5 stars because there is NOTHING at all wrong with the bed itself, it's just a little overly firm for my taste and that's a completely personal preference. Even with it as firm as it is, it is still definitely one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on, AND I'm not having any back pain, so that's great!

I do not know what I did before this bed... It is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. It is super firm,but very memory foamy at the same time which is hard to imagine. If you like firm but Also like soft, look no further. This is the bed for you. Ghostbed makes it super easy to finance Also so its easy to pay once a month. Do iittt!!

the bed is too firm for me, i've called 2 times about returning and ghostbed keeps telling me to wait 31 days before return,ghostbed gives me "NO" options here, i cant sleep on something that is way too firm for me, i was hoping for the best but didnt feel it here

First night sleeping on this mattress I noticed that I wasn't tossing and turning mattress does a good job at conforming to your body I don't wake up with back pain anymore or bodyaches. Best sleep I've gotten in a long time. The pillows are equally as great they feel real similar to a goose down tie pillow but better in my opinion.

I love my new mattress!! I was moving to a new apartment and needed a new bigger mattress. Very happy with my Ghostbed. The first few weeks here I had it on the floor before buying a bed frame. The difference in comfort is noticeable between the floor and elevated off the ground on slats. This type of bed is definitely not intended to be on a solid platform. Elevated off the ground on slats is much much more comfortable, so consider that before purchasing.

The king size mattress is a combination of soft and firm, more on the firm side which is my preference. I believe it is promoting a less interrupted sleep. I wake up rather early (intentionally) and usually without any type of body aches since I switched to Ghostbed. The quality of the product is pretty high. The base was also easy to assemble and solid construction despite being light-weight. I'm still getting used to the pillows, sometimes I suspect/feel they go out of shape but when I take a look they seem fine. I'll know more as time passes. Overall a good experience, keep it up. I am considering buying a second mattress, probably a twin size.
