Replacement bed as soft as my 9 year old bed. Thought a new bed would help my back it didn't

A little hard to get used to after foam rubber with wool topper. Off gasing when opened.

Really like pillow enjoy the lavender smell . Pillow so far seems pretty cool to sleep on .
