Easy order and easy setup. Bed is extremely comfortable, has no weird smell, and does not get all kinds of hot. It's great.

I enjoy sleeping in my GhostBed. I think the coolness of the bed is very nice. It could be softer in my opinion, but it is not at all firm.

It's too hard for me and my husband. My shoulder hurts after lying on my side. We put a topper on it, and that helps.

The bed is very comfy and allows for a good night's sleep. Much better than the queen we previously had.
