We really love this mattress. We were skeptical about buying a mattress online. The more I researched hybrid mattresses the more comfortable I felt about purchasing a mattress without laying on it beforehand. I watched a lot of videos on many different mattresses. The 25 year warranty was the deciding factor over other mattresses that seemed similar in price and quality, but had 10 year warranties. I can honestly say I feel very happy that I decided on this particular mattress. It is better than I expected.

As an RN that works 12 shifts sleep is very important to me so this bed has been such a blessing. I live in Utah so the rave is purple but I went to the factory store and tried their beds and it didn’t blow me away like I thought. So we went with the ghost bed and I am so glade I did. Love the bed and pillows and everything thank you ghost bed!!!!

I could not be happier with my experience ordering or with the mattress itself. The original boxspring I ordered was out of stock and I was upgraded at no charge and without having to even ask. The mattress is comfortable and firm at the same time. It’s been great for my back. Excellent company, excellent customer service, and excellent product. I can not recommend Ghost Bed enough.

The bed is a bit warmer and more firmly supported than expected. I tend to prefer a cooler and softer bed, but it's still very comfortable. Skip their foundation and build your own or go with a platform bed. The foundation is cheap cheap cheap. The pillows are freaking amazing. Can't recommend the pillows highly enough.

You can go ahead and throw away the box after setting up your mattress. This is the best mattress I have ever sleeped on. There will be no need to return it. I love he level of firmness to this mattress. I would rate it at a 7 out of 10 when it comes to firmness and a 10 out of 10 overall. If you're trying to decide which mattress in a box to purchase, you can trust me when I say this is a no brainer. Love this mattress!!!

My wife and I finally decided to replace our old spring mattress after we had to get rid of our boxspring when it wouldn't fit around a tight corner in a stairwell. Faced with the prospect of purchasing a new style of bed frame just for our old mattress that wasn't comfortable even after many mattress toppers and quilted mattress pads, we decided to make the plunge and invest in a mattress we didn't hate. After polling a number of friends who have purchased beds online, we figured out the things people didn't like and what to avoid. Researching different mattress reviews, we decided on the ghostbed because of cool sleeping, a firmer feel that you wouldn't sink into, and a fair amount of edge support and depth, despite being a foam mattress. Despite being foam, you really do not sink into the top of this mattress like traditional memory foam. The top layer is both cooling as advertised, and surprisingly supportive and even a bit bouncy. Despite initially finding the top a bit firm for my taste (although perfect in firmness for my wife's taste), as a side sleeper, my days of waking up stiff and with hip pain are gone. I purchased the queen size mattress, foundation, protector, and received two of the pillows free. The bed is the best quality I have ever owned. I would have given it 5 stars, but it is just a little too firm for me. I thought at f first I was going to have to send it back, but I was having back problems at the time. I am still having some ae back tension, but not because of the bed. If you like a somewhat firmer mattress, I would highly recommend it.

I was worried about this bed - I typically prefer firmer support and I wasn't sure if foam could do that. But I've had my bed about 2 weeks now and I love it. It pretty much feels like a standard mattress when I get in, but I wake up a lot less during the night and my back never hurts in the morning.

I love how firm, yet comfortable this bed is. My back and neck always used to hurt every morning when I would wake up with our previous mattress. I do not have any back or neck pain anymore! I am a side and stomach sleeper and my husband is a back sleeper and we both LOVE this bed. He was indifferent to buying a new mattress. However, after we had it for a week, he was so glad we had bought a new one. He also feels this bed is good at keeping him cool (he used to sweat a lot at night with our other mattress). I thought the foam would start to mold to our bodies and leave indents after a while. After 1 and 1/2 months, it doesn't feel like anyone has ever laid on it! I bought this for our spare bedroom. I used it one night and I don't like that the mattress doesn't rebound back into shape right away. I'm a side sleeper and it felt like my hips were in a hole. We have a Tuft & Needle mattress that is slightly firmer and bounces right back
