I have spent so much money on mattresses and NONE of them compare to the Ghostbed. I was the biggest skeptic about this bed, but we took the plunge and ordered it anyways. By night 2, my back pain and sciatic pain had subsided. By night 3, we didn't even want to get out of bed in the morning. I am super impressed with this mattress so far! I was worried about being hot throughout the night on this mattress as it's similar to our old crappy Tempurpedic. And I have not had that issue at all with this mattress. I literally cannot wait to crawl into bed every night cause we have been getting the BEST nights rest we've had in a long time. You will not be disappointed in this mattress!

I'm a pretty active male weighing around 140 lbs (roughly 13% percent body fat). Been increasing my runs and the current bed started giving me back aches in the morning. I mostly sleep on my back, and since I was on a tight budget, I decided to purchase a king sized Ghostbed. (There were many others with similar foam bed-in-a-box concept, some being Purple, Leesa, Casper & Tuft&Needle). What made me levitate towards the Ghostbed was that the thickness of the bed was about an inch or more compared to other competitors, had a thin latex foam layer on top for better cooling option, considered hybrid between traditional memory foam and conventional beds, was considered more on the firm end (because we all know how long foam can stay firm...), great warranty, came with 3 pillows, price seemed most competitive...why not! The break in period took about 3 days for me, my body finally got used to it around the 4th or 5th day and ever since I sleep like a baby. Well, I was physically sinking into my old mattress and transitioning to something firm did take my body some time to get used to, but after that my back pains disappeared. One thing for me though, since I am a lighter weighted male, I wish it was a bit softer. Maybe if the top latex layer was a bit thinner, this bed would be perfect for me. Sometimes when I sleep on my side, I can feel a tad bit of pressure on my shoulders (my shoulders are pretty wider than average). And, when I sleep on my back, I don't really sink in as deep compared to traditional memory foam mattress, but I'm not really floating too much on top either, it's different but starting to really like it. On my stomach, this bed is REALLY comfortable; I have nothing to say about stomach sleeping. It's been about 2 months since I have purchased the Ghostbed, and overall I am very VERY pleased and satisfied. I'm going to say this bed would be perfect for those maybe heavier than me instead of lighter, but that all depends on your sleeping type. It's worth trying, I recommend!

It keeps me pretty cool at night, and my dog doesn't disturb my sleep because it isolates movement pretty well. It hasn't felt the most comfortable ever, but that's likely because this is my first time sleeping in a bed of this type and I haven't gotten accustomed to it.

I bought the king bed with the frame. I thought I had a internal alarm clock that would wake me up at 5am everyday until I got the ghostbed. After I started sleeping on this i sleep later and feel like I slept better. When I first opened it I thought it was going to be too firm. Once I layed in it I realized it's perfect.

I bought a full mattress for my 17 YO daughter, who used to come sleep with me on my competitior bed. She loves it so much she doesn't come sleep with me anymore. We love how it stays like the cool side of the pillow all night. We take great naps on it too!

I have been sleeping on a waterbed for the past 30 years. I recently began waking up with a sore lower back, and new it was time to make a change. Waterbeds always worked for me, and I felt very comfortable in them. Now that I'm in my 50's I guess I needed something with more support. After researching different mattresses I decided on the Ghostbed. The bed arrived quickly as well as the 3 Ghost pillows I received during the Memorial day sale. The first few nights on this mattress were not good. I could not get comfortable at all because it seemed very firm. I was just about ready to contact the company and return it, but I decided to give it a few more days. By the 7th night I noticed I was sleeping a little better, but still not what I expected. At the end of 2 weeks I did not mind it at all. I am now sleeping very well, probably better than I did on the waterbed. I don't wake up with back pain anymore and I feel better rested. If you decided to buy a ghostbed you really need to give it a few weeks before you give it a negative review. The Pillows were the same....Felt very stiff at first but I really love them now.

My husband ordered the Ghost Bed after reading many reviews. I was a bit leary. We got the bed and it is literally harder than sleeping on the floor but I agreed to give it a chance. The first week I couldn't sleep on it the entire night so I would go sleep on the couch. The second week I could sleep on it but only after waking up multiple times throughout the night and waking up sore and stiff. Three weeks in I can sleep on it but still wake up sore every morning - my husband too. As soon as our 30 days are up we are returning as we've had enough in-restful nights.

After purchasing and receiving my queen size mattress and the pillows is when I realized how bad my old ones were. I had the best night sleep the first night and continued to have a restful night sleep. I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to try it

My doctor told me to get a new matress, one that was firmer because I would wake up with lower back pain (but the pain would go away as I started getting up and moving for the day). A friend recommended this bed and even though it is affordable and most times comfortable I still wake up with the same annoying lower back pain no matter what I do even if I put a pillow I got with the mattress to support my lower back like suggested. BTW my doctor has examed my back with many expensive tests and has found nothing wrong.

Both my wife and I really love our GhostBed. It's hard to describe how much of a difference this mattress is our old one. For the first week, we wanted to go to bed early just to enjoy more time on it. And come morning, it had to get out of because you are just so comfortable.
