Ordering the mattress was super simple, and it came quickly. I have a problem with the mattress however. It is too soft for me and it is too hot. I specifically bought it because it is rated as being firmer than other foam mattresses. Do you have a firmer model? Please advise.

My husband and I began looking for a new mattress due to his back pain. We had only had our previous spring mattress for a year, but we decided to look into foam mattresses to see if they would help is back. We looked at several and decided to try out the GhostBed. We absolutely love our bed! My husband's back pain seems to have gone away over night, while sleeping on our GhostBed! It is a little more firm for myself, but after sleeping on it for a few weeks, I am quite used to it and thoroughly enjoy my sleep!

No joke, I haven’t slept more than 4-5 hours on average for the past 7-8 years. I’ve had decent mattresses but none that actually made me feel as comfortable and sleep as well as the GhostBed. Now I will happily go to bed earlier just to spend more time on it. Thanks GhostBed and the DB nation!

I'm very sure I will love this bed even after my third baby arrives - and I did NOT expect it to make such an incredible difference in the way I sleep when I'm 30+ weeks pregnant. I have always gotten uncomfortable and unable to sleep for longer stretches without having to move. THIS BED LETS ME SLEEP AS LONG AS MY OTHER KIDS DO (ha!). I have absolutely no pain upon waking. I love, love, love this bed. My husband absolutely loves it, too, and every night we both comment how happy we are with the choice. I'll do another review after we've had it for a year+, but we SERIOUSLY love to incredible support this bed offers. I can't imagine ever going back to a traditional coil mattress.

I have a herniated disc and most beds I wake up super sore but with the ghost bed I wake up pain free and refreshed. I highly recommend this bed to anyone who has back pain or just wants a great night sleep. It goes very nice with our custom made log bed

My wife and I finally decided to replace our old spring mattress after we had to get rid of our boxspring when it wouldn't fit around a tight corner in a stairwell. Faced with the prospect of purchasing a new style of bed frame just for our old mattress that wasn't comfortable even after many mattress toppers and quilted mattress pads, we decided to make the plunge and invest in a mattress we didn't hate. After polling a number of friends who have purchased beds online, we figured out the things people didn't like and what to avoid. Researching different mattress reviews, we decided on the ghostbed because of cool sleeping, a firmer feel that you wouldn't sink into, and a fair amount of edge support and depth, despite being a foam mattress. Despite being foam, you really do not sink into the top of this mattress like traditional memory foam. The top layer is both cooling as advertised, and surprisingly supportive and even a bit bouncy. Despite initially finding the top a bit firm for my taste (although perfect in firmness for my wife's taste), as a side sleeper, my days of waking up stiff and with hip pain are gone. The whole process works just as they explain online. I ordered my queen bed and pillows on a Sunday and the bed arrived on Tuesday, the pillows arrived on Friday in a separate shipment. After following their instructions the bed is super comfortable and transfers almost no motion, the packaging mentions some kind of smell associated with the packing process but I barely smelled anything.. The pillows are great too, you just sink right into them. But I'm a side sleeper most of the time so I have to use both stacked up to be comfortable. The mattress keeps you cool, I used to get super hot when I slept but not anymore. I love it. This brand was recommended by a friend and now I'm telling all of my friends about it too.

The mattress is amazing. Its firm, but comfortable and I find myself sleeping way better. The purchase process was smooth, and the delivery was great. Assembly of the foundation was a bit of a pain, and the end product is terrible (its weak and falls apart easily). The mattress setup is quick and easy, and well worth it.

I don't think I've slept this comfortably since I was a child. The fact is, I honestly can't remember the last time I slept this well, therefore it must have been during a time of my life I can't remember in great detail. I really like how it supports your back. Its on the medium firm side but its just right for me. When i wake up in the morning i feel more refreshed and able to do all my daily activities of life. Specially that i am a nurse that works long hours i just feel very refreshed when i wake up and when i hit the hay after my 12 hour shift!
