My ghost bed arrived in a timely manner, and was ready to go in quite a short time. It’s been almost 2 weeks now, and I’m still waiting to get used to it, or break it in, or whatever is needed to enjoy my bed. I haven’t found myself sleeping any better, and feel the bed might be too firm for my liking. I had considered sending it back if possible, but I really couldn’t bear the idea of the shipping process. Bottom line; I think the ghost bed was okay for its convenience, and affordability, however I would have preferred a more conventional plush mattress. One last thing, my two best friends have the same bed, and they love it! So maybe I’m just the rare case.

Comfortable and light enough to spin every couple of weeks to even out the wear. The "cold" pillows that came with it were also comfortable - but too cold. Got rid of them, we like warmth. The t-shirt was a nice touch and liked the design, but too small to wear.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected (also paid for white glove delivery), but communication via UPS and 3rd party delivery was good and w/o issues. Ultimately, the GB Classic bed is comfortable - feels more on the firm side to me(listed as med-firm), but I think this will not be a problem as time goes on. I would recommend Ghost Bed and would not hesitate to use them again!

My husband has fibromyalgia and diabetic neuropathy in his legs. We've been looking for another mattress for a while and I stumbled across one of your advertisements and the man speaking in it sounded exactly like my husband. We've had a traditional spring mattress and he's constantly in pain never able to sleep through the night always would end up on the couch. Hot showers to try and relax him, massaging to try and help him just relax so he could sleepa few hours. Nothing seemed to help his pain. We discussed it and decided to make the purchase of our ghost bed and on nights our children don't kick us out of the bed we sleep soundly, just melt into the bed the ghost pillows are amazing! Everyone I tell about the bed I recommend it. We couldn't be happier with our bed and if we could buy it again we would! Best purchase with our tax refund ever!

As in most comfortable night's sleep! Before we got our Ghost bed, we slept horribly. Tossing and turning most of the night, we would wake up more exhausted than when we went to bed, not to mention achy. Our plan was to research mattresses over the course of a year. Two hours later, we ordered our Ghost. 2 days later we were in dreamland. We don't spend all night tossing and turning from pain, and we don't wake up feeling worse. Thank YOU for being the Ghost with the most!!

So far my husband and I are both pleased with our new mattress. I'm not 100% in love with it, but it is a huge improvement from our box spring mattress we had been using for the past 7 years. It was super convenient to order and easy to assemble. My husband and 17 year old nephew were able to carry it up our staircase without too much hassle.

I used to wake up each morning with shoulder, lower back, and hip pain. It would take at least an hour to feel normal in the morning. I didn't really feel rested. With my new ghost mattress ALL of that has changed. I wake up now with no pain and feel rested and ready to start the day. My sleep is so much better than I even imagined. I was skeptical of a mattress in a box. I am so pleased with this mattress that I may buy 1 for each of my children and never go back to spring mattresses. Try it. You'll love it.

Based on the firmness rating we purchased the Ghost Bed thinking it was more to the firmer side. After sleeping on it for a few weeks it falls in the mid range of soft to firm 1 being soft 10 being firmest it is a 5. Everything associated with purchasing the bed was great. We received the bed the next day after ordering. We haven't had it 31 days yet but when that is met we will be sending the bed back. Hopefully the return will be as advertised as no hassles. This bed is a good bed it was just to soft for our comfort. The problem with these beds in a box you just don't know what firmness it will be since there is no standard scale and everybody is different. We went to various websites for testimonials all were different when it came to firmness. We have ordered another bed that is supposed to be firmer.

I've been sleeping on my new GhostBed mattress for almost 2 weeks now and I've never slept better. All my back aches and pains have gone away. I'm sleeping more soundly and cooler too. I've been sleeping on this mattress for about a month and I am pretty happy with it. At first I loved it as it was much more comfortable than my previous mattress. Now that I've had it for a while I'm wondering if it might be too firm. I have been have some back and shoulder pains when I wake up but they could be from something else. I am a side sleeper and I have heard firmer mattress aren't great for side sleepers. My boyfriend loves the bed and was surprised to hear I wasn't sure about it. We also went from a queen to a king size and I highly recommend the switch if you get hot at night or feel a bit cramped in a queen.
