I really like my Ghostbed. I've had hip and back issues and those have faded significantly since I started sleeping on the Ghostbed. My partner complains of hip pain when he sleeps on his side. This isn't something I've experienced, but I'm mainly a stomach sleeper and am a good bit lighter than him. I'm considering maybe putting a mattress topper on to make him more comfortable, but I really enjoy the bed as is!

My wife and I finally decided to replace our old spring mattress after we had to get rid of our boxspring when it wouldn't fit around a tight corner in a stairwell. Faced with the prospect of purchasing a new style of bed frame just for our old mattress that wasn't comfortable even after many mattress toppers and quilted mattress pads, we decided to make the plunge and invest in a mattress we didn't hate. After polling a number of friends who have purchased beds online, we figured out the things people didn't like and what to avoid. Researching different mattress reviews, we decided on the ghostbed because of cool sleeping, a firmer feel that you wouldn't sink into, and a fair amount of edge support and depth, despite being a foam mattress. Despite being foam, you really do not sink into the top of this mattress like traditional memory foam. The top layer is both cooling as advertised, and surprisingly supportive and even a bit bouncy. Despite initially finding the top a bit firm for my taste (although perfect in firmness for my wife's taste), as a side sleeper, my days of waking up stiff and with hip pain are gone. The first week of sleeping on it was rough. I would wake up with sore hips/shoulders. I am a side sleeper and was hoping this mattress would be more plush than what it is. It has been 3 weeks now and it has improved somewhat but still wake up with sore hip bones on occasion. I guess overall I like the mattress but feel if the top layer were more plush I would love it. I even purchased a plush mattress protector for it and that didn't seem to help. The buying process was super simple and fast though!!

If you want the most amazing sleep of your life YOU NEED THIS BED! I've never experienced this amount of comfort in my life, I've went 26 years of my life sleeping on garbage spring mattresses, this was the best money I've ever spent. Period. Thank you Ghostbed for the best sleep of my life.

I've tried many things, but since I got rid of my old sleep number I've slept more and better than I have in years. The Ghostbed is firm yet soft and provides even support while it still feel plush. I can't give quantitative and exacting reasons, but my sleep quality has majorly improved. I sleep more soundly, if I do wake up I go back to sleep easily and I now feel well rested when I arise.

I am a 5'11" man weighing 175 pounds, and have found that the Ghostbed is great for sleeping comfortably and relieving back pain. With a good (down) pillow, I also don't snore anymore. However, my girlfriend, who is 5'5" and weighs 110 pounds, finds the bed too hard for her. As a result, we bought a twin-sized memory foam topper for her to be comfortable. Now, there is a ledge separating the two of us.

Really love this mattress. Great support with a medium firmness a great compromise for the wife and I. I tend to like a little softer mattress, the wife likes a little firmer. Best of both worlds with this mattress. I am also a hot sleeper and this mattress dissipates the heat nicely giving me a much better nights sleep. So glad we upgraded our 17 year old mattress. If you’re on the fence about Ghostbed go ahead and take the chance you won’t regret it.

Purchased the Ghostbed as one of the firmer foam bed options and it's yet to live up to the billjng. Great out of box but it soon became clear that bed would not hold that kind of form to it. ~45 days in and there's less support around the hips each day. Considering a return Pillows are amasing tho.

My body feels better. Taking a little bit to get used to it after switching from a much softer matress. My only complats are that the base and matress covers don't match and the sheets I got became discolored after the first wash. Since those are just cosmetic issues I'm not to worried, but it did keep me from giving it 5 stars

Absolutely amazing bed! I have had sleeping issues since I was young, but with this ghost bed, I hit the bed and I'm out. My husband and I have to fight for our pillows because our cat loves it so much! I've recommended to all my family and friends and will continue to recommend it!!!!
