We have had our mattress for about 3 weeks. It is our first memory foam mattress so it has taken some getting used to. We have two 80lb dogs that like to jump on and off the bed in the middle of the night, it is amazing that I can barely feel them when they do that. One reason I selected the Ghost Bed was because of the edge support, it has been pretty good but if you get right on the edge it will still collapse and make you feel like you're falling off. I am a side/stomach sleeper and I have noticed a significant drop in the amount of pain in my shoulders and upper back. Finally, the last thing that bugs me is when sitting up in bed watching TV, the cover is so slick that sheets slide on top of it. Overall we are pretty happy so far.

King size GhostBed and frame arrived quickly, and were assembled with no problems. The mattress is amazing - provides plenty of firm, even support, while it also make you feel like you are floating on a cloud. Very, very comfortable, and very satisfied (after 3 nights of good sleep).

I'm a die hard temper-pedic lover so when my old mattress started to hurt my back I was so sad to have to look for another but it was 9 years old so it was time. I shopped around and liked Ghostbed due to the safer products used to make it. I was doubtful though it would be as comfortable. Upon opening it, I noticed it was much harder than what I am used to but knew it would soften given time. My back and hips hated it, I woke up in pain many times through the night thinking there was just no way this was going to work out but decided I had to give it a try. Honestly, it has taken 8 full weeks to get to a point where I am not sleeping in pain and finally I am getting a comfortable sleep. I am hopeful it will keep getting better. I would say to people that they at least have to give it a good try for many weeks before deciding. And the Ghostpillow is the best thing ever! Straight from the first night, so comfortable and awesome!

This seems to be made of quality materials and solid design. We loved the fact that you absolutely cannot feel the other person move around. My husband (5'8", 150 lbs.) felt the mattress was okay, but it was way too firm for me and did not allow my hips to sink into the mattress. I am 5'5" and 130 lbs. I started waking up with limbs that had fallen asleep. The memory foam was cool and didn't overheat us. If you need a firm mattress, this seems like it would be a great choice and would last a long time. Didn't work for us, had to return it. GhostBed will try to offer a topper and say it just needs to be broken in more, but after 45 days, I couldn't take it anymore. Didn't think a topper would really change the feel that much as we had just switched from a too firm mattress and memory foam topper. Then they tried to upsale us to a new mattress, but it was twice the price. Finally gave us a refund after several emails. I think the 101 days trial marketing isn't working out as well as they hoped and more people are dissatisfied than the website shows. Did get it donated to a charity, waiting for the refund.

I have been waiting to write a review so I could give an honest opinion after a few months of use. I was hit by a drunk driver and had to have surgery on my back and have a lot of neck pain due to my accident, I want to disclose that info up front. I was really hoping that this mattress would give me the support that I need to be able to sleep through the night. However, that is not the case. My husband and I often move to the couch to get relief so we can sleep. This mattress isn't firm and we sink to the middle of the bed without meaning to. We are average weight so we aren't putting any extra weight on the mattress but it just doesn't support either of us. I thought maybe it was just me with my injuries and have given up on a restful nights sleep but my husband has zero injuries or health problems and he cannot sleep on this mattress. We REALLY wanted to like it but unfortunately we can't give a great review on it.

I was skeptical of buying a mattress on line, but my son said that he and my daughter in law purchased a a Ghost bed earlier n the year and they love it. So after much investigating, I took the plunge and ordered one. Very simple! I was amazed that I got it within 4 days! I was so excited! I was having problems with hip and back pain on the old mattress ( even with a new gel pad). My brother helped me assemble it and I couldn't wait to try it out. It took several nights to get used to it, but now I don't have the back and hip pain like before! I am definitely sold on the Ghost bed...I got the mattress, foundation, pillows and protective cover. I had been waking up with back pain for a while and one day I was so fed up with waking up sore every morning that I ordered this mattress. It took a few days to adjust to the new mattress but it is so comfortable I don't want to get out of bed in the morning. I have had the Ghost Bed for about a month and have slept better on this mattress than I have in years. It arrived a few days after I ordered and was left on my door step. It was easy to get into the house and up the stairs. I was able to get everything unpacked and set up (by myself) in about 35 minutes. I tend to sleep on my side and have noticed that this mattress is perfect for side sleepers. I now wake up refreshed and well rested unlike with my old mattress. I have also noticed that I sweat less when I sleep now. The cooling technology really works! I am very happy with my Ghost Bed and am looking forward to many years with this mattress.

After being long time inner spring mattress users we decided to take a leap of faith and try the Ghostbed. What a pleasant surprise! No more back pain after getting up in the morning. Was a little worried about older generation memory foam beds being too hot, but this is definitely not the case. Tons of comfort and support. Best investment we've made in a long time. Anything that can facilitate a better nights sleep is well worth it for your health and well-being. Highly recommend!

We desperately needed a new bed and the idea of 'traditional' mattress shopping filled me with dread. Like some used car lots but creepier. I read reviews of GhostBed and similar 'mattress in a box' competitors; I read side-by-side comparisons; I went to Consumer Reports. We decided on the GhostBed because we both like a firm mattress. My husband has RLS and his nighttime movements had often caused me to wake up. The GhostBed absorbs the impact and I feel no aftershocks. We both like the 'firm but floaty' feeling. The 'soft' sides take some getting used to but our platform has sides that are about 3-4 inches deep, which is great. I'll be ordering again for our guest room/office. It shipped fast, opened easily, and we slept on it the first night.

The mattress had very little off-gassing after set up. it's very comfortable and provides a medium level of support. I'm large framed, so it's definitely less firm than my innerspring mattress. Even though I sink in further than the innerspring, I don't feel like this foam mattress sleeps warmer than that one. I can't speak to how the mattress will hold up long term as I've only had it a few weeks, but so far so good.
