The product was ok but the deliverary process was less than adequate. The base came one day, the cover for the mattress two days later and finally three days later the mattress finally came. They were all ordered at once but using the same delivery tracking code they were delivered on three separate days. The delivery process debacle shadows the product chance of success completely!

My wife and I were both having back pain in the mornings so I decided it was time for a new mattress. I researched on-line and settled on GhostBed based on the many positive reviews. Purchasing online was a breeze and it was delivered on schedule. We let it air out for 2-3 days to let a slight odor dissipate then gave it a shot. It is pretty firm but not uncomfortably so. The very first morning we both felt a noticeable reduction in back pain. We've used it for 2 weeks now and are very happy with the purchase. I definitely recommend GhostBed!

I am a first time owner of a memory foam mattress and I am very satisfied. The assembly of the foundation and unboxing was very easy to follow. I was skeptical at first at how straight the foundation was with no square to work with. The only issue I had was worrying that the frame was even. As with any mail order furniture there are slight imperfections in the materials which caused me some concern at first but it worked out just fine. I am a fan of the slightly firmer top layer. It functions just as described and room temperature does affect the firmness which is fine by me. I use my bedroom thermostat to adjust it.

We recently purchased a GhostBed mattress, foundation, pillows, and cover. The foundation was very easy to assemble. I could not be happier with the mattress and pillows (and I've tried a lot of pillows). If you are worried about a mattress like this 'sleeping hot', get the cover and put your worries aside. The shipment of our cover was delayed by a few days. I emailed to inquire and was responded to very quickly via email and later called in order to ensure that I understood the situation, which was no more than a stocking delay. I would recommend (and have) GhostBed to anyone looking for a mattress (or pillow).

We bought this mattress after too much research and with some lingering hesitation. One of us is quite large and the other quite small. We both sleep so well that we no longer prefer a hotel mattress to our own. The transference of motion is lower than our spring mattress and my husband no longer wakes me when he gets out of bed.

So I love a firm mattress, but this one is even too firm for me. I woke up with pressure point pain for a month straight. One of the main reasons I chose ghost bed is because I read so many reviews that indicated that the return process is simple and trouble free....well it’s not. They say they’ll help and they do not. At all. The “help” is a suggestion to call a local charity to pick up the mattress. Well guess what, very few charities actually pick up mattresses and almost all the ones I talked to don’t even want them if you bring them. So, my recommendation is to consult with your local charities BEFORE buying the mattress to make sure you have a place to take it if you don’t like it. I’ve begged one of my local places to take the mattress if I bring it to them. It was only after much persuasion that they agreed.

We knew about the 10th night that this mattress was not for us. We were waking up in more pain then when we went to bed. We tried to return it then but we some how missed the part about it having to stay in our home for 30 days before it could be returned. Hopefully the return will be as easy as the purchase and we can find a mattress for our aching bones.

I Sleep pretty good on it. Comfortable bed. Not as firm as I would like. Some where between soft to medium range on the the firm side of the scale. Seems to sleep cool but it’s the middle of winter in Michigan so cant say if it’s hot at night in the summer. Used Boll and Branch sheets witch are really nice. But I wish ghost bed had their own sheets that would be a perfect fit. The pillows are flat out awesome.

Disclaimer: We've only had the bed less than 30 days, so this is just a first impression review! We have been LOVING this bed. My boyfriend and I both suffer from back pain among other body aches and we finally caved and bought a new mattress. After a long search, we decided on the GhostBed. For us, it was the best choice as far as price and reviews. So far, we haven't been disappointed! There's just enough support and cushion for us, plus I love there's little to no motion detection when we toss & turn. Plus, I'm up much earlier than he is, so now I don't have to worry about our loud, springy mattress waking him up every morning! Definitely a great purchase.

Super comfortable! Never realized just how uncomfortable my old mattress was until I laid on my Ghostbed. Never going back!! If you're hesitating to buy yours- don't. You have nothing to lose, except bad nights on a bad mattress. You won't regret it.
