We switched from a regular mattress to the ghost bed and have been happy with our decision. It’s slightly firm and the cooling layer really does work. I’ve been impressed in the king size that I can’t feel my partner getting out of bed or moving like you would with a regular mattress. Only complaint is that the mattress itself snags very easily if you have a wood bed frame.

Like the mattress. It’s nice not really being able to feel my husband toss around. Pillows relieved my neck pain. Together they’ve relieved my back pain as well. My only complaints are with the company. Our products cam from 3 different warehouses and arrived on 3 separate dates. The only tracking info I received was for the mattress so I had to call to see where my other items were. They only have one size pillow so there’s a huge gap in between the pillows in a long bed unless you get a third pillow. And that also means your pillow cases are going to be huge.

I was so excited to get this mattress that I went home on my lunch break, 30 minutes each way, just to make sure that my bed was unpacked and ready for me that night. When I initially laid down I noticed it was firm, but thought "hey...its supportive ". By the morning my back was a knot and I had spent the entire night tossing and turning. Not to be deterred I sent my children in, clad in clean socks to; jump, roll, bounce, and belly flop on the bed . Which unfortunately did little to soften the memory foam. Lets fast forward to the end of week one. Me not having had a good nights sleep in nearly 8 days, I had become unrecognizable to friends and family. I was up to intravenous intake of coffee and those around me begged me to do something about this. Which leads me to the biggest issue that I had with this whole thing, the return policy. 30 days... 30 days is the minimum before you can return this bed. Thats absurd. This is, with no hyperbole, one of the most uncomfortable mattresses that I have ever slept on. And the thought of not having a good nights sleep for 22 more days made cringe. After several calls and chats I had still had nothing positive to report...No exchange, no return, no solution other than "people who report the mattress as being too firm love it by day 90" ; maybe.... So I decided, "Im stuck" Ill keep this thing for 30 days, I can manage that. I couldn't. I travel a lot for work, 2 to 3 days a week, and coming home to that mattress made me anxious. As any road worrier knows there is a certain longing for ones own bed. A feeling of being home and comfortable, like a big hug. For me it was the opposite . I dreaded that mattress. Knowing that I would be tossing and turning and would wake up with my back and neck crumpled like every receipt I have ever gotten. It was finally time that I put up a stand. I call again, and still nothing, but worse it appears that no one has been tracking my calls and complaints. I hung up the phone and opened my computer. I order a different mattress and leaned the ghost bed up against the wall. Where it will remain, watching me sleep, until I can return it.

As someone who has had lower back surgery (third lumbar), I have struggled to find a bed that doesn't leave me with more pain when I wake up than when I went to sleep. The ghostbed has changed that. It took about a week for me to adjust from the memory foam I replaced, but I haven't awoke sore and with a back ache since. I would definitely recommend this bed.

I was really excited to get my king size bed in, but I never expected to LOVE it as much as I do! Putting it together was a lot of fun, actually. There were lots of laughs and good memories made! That plus the Klarna credit and the way it's set up, it was the best way for me! I love it! I love it! I love it!! THANK YOU GHOSTBED! Hands down, I'll be buying Queen ghostbeds for my 2nd and 3rd bedrooms!!

So prior to getting my ghost bed I have had sleeping problems on any bed I have had previously. I would toss and turn, and it would take sometimes up to 3 hours to fall asleep. To top that off, in the morning I would wake up with back pain and pretty often a splitting headache. Upon purchasing and setting up my ghost bed, I have slept like a baby. I fall asleep usually within 10 or so minutes and wake up rested and in no pain. This was definitely the best bed purchase I have ever made.

The best sleep ever!!! The pillows really "dot the I'd and cross the t's". I have always had sleeping problems, but not any more! Am highly recommending the GhostBed to everyone. I also like the company's socially conscious policies; a significant factor in our choice. Thank you!

We have had this bed for jabout 3 weeks and so far we are in love with it!! Neither me or my husband have any back issues anymore! The ghost pillows took some getting used to but they feel like sleeping on clouds! The only thing we have a hard time understanding is that the bed forces us to the center no matter how close to the edges we are. Hense the 4 star review...

The Ghostbed is awesome! its big and comfy. firm and soft all at the same time. and they way it keeps the bed temperate JUST right. its pretty impressive. ALSO the pillows are wonderful! must have! i'll probably be buying more of them. they have a great smell to them and it puts me to sleep like a baby. Thanks Ghostbed!

I inquired about a custom mattress for a travel trailer. My wife and I have loved the two queen mattresses we had purchased for our home and I needed something for my back for my job site. Ghost cut me a great rate and it is the same wonderful quality we have relied on. Big Fan!
