I really thought one of these beds was the answer. I couldn't really afford to outright spend 3 grand on a mattress because I have 4 children and its Christmas time. However, my bed was a double tall air mattress in my bedroom floor; I had no quality sleep, and still needed to get up refunded and not stuff and sore, so I can work. The first week with my ghost bed I thought, OK, I just need to break it in; boy was I wrong. Its been 6 weeks and my whole body aches. Im a stomach/size sleeper. If I sleep on my stomach I wake up with stuff elbows and chest pain; if I sleep on my side I wake up with shoulder and hip pain. I've tried sleeping on my back even, I wake up with back and neck pain. The pillows are amazing, but the bed has to go back. I'd hoped this would be the answer to my problems but it was just more problems.

I didn't realize how poorly I have been sleeping on all previous mattresses I have owned. The bed is fantastic, the pillows are fantastic, and the two together make sleep exponentially better!! If that wasn't enough, ordering one is super easy. Love GhostBed!!

I was hoping that this mattress would strike a balance between a firm and relaxed feel by contouring to the shape of my body and providing a firm base of support underneath. Instead, I found that the top foam layer does not really conform to my body and that the foams underneath are a bit softer than expected. I wake up uncomfortable whenever I sleep on the mattress. I provided 2 stars instead of 1 because the mattress cover is nice and there is no off-gassing smell (Conversely, the Ghost pillows I received, had a STRONG unpleasant off-gassing smell, but were extremely comfortable). I intend to initiate the return process for this mattress soon.

I am a side and stomach sleeper and my shoulders hurt and got worse throughout the first week. I couldn't bear it anymore and put our old pad on top of my half of the bed. Meanwhile, suddenly, with no explanation, my husband isn't feeling rested and is tired all day long for the last couple of weeks. It's just way too hard for a bed. Absolutely no sinkage at all, there should be a little for comfort. It was like sleeping on a brick. Waiting for the 30 days to be up so we can return it, but we are done sleeping on it.

We received our Ghost Bed and were anxious to try it out. We put it on the bed and opened the plastic wrapper and it immediately started to expand. In just a few minutes it was a mattress. After a few days we stayed the night in our new house on our Ghost Bed. It is OK if I sleep on my back but I cannot stay on my back all night because the mattress doesn't have enough give. It is a firm mattress. My wife says it's a hard mattress. We aren't happy with the Ghost Bed mattress.

I had a pillow top bed before and it was ok, but the Ghostbed is awesome. My back felt better instantly and im sleeping better than ever before. Also the Ghostpillow is now my main pillow, it is soft yet firm. Everyone should get this bed. #Ghostbed4life

I've received two emails already asking for a review. Although I think it is a little too early to ask for considering we have only almost had the mattress for one month, here it goes. Within the first couple weeks of sleeping on the mattress, I hated it. I tossed and turned about twice as much as I used to on our old mattress. My husband hated how hot it made him feel, but we both wanted to give it more of a try. With our purchase came a few free Ghost brand pillows. I have always loved my pillow, which was a latex one with a bounce and a tendency to never to go flat, but I thought switching pillows might help. I have no idea why, but it actually helped me very much. I have slept much harder and longer through the night and I haven't had to use the pillow I had to put between my legs to help my spine align. I even feel comfortable sleeping on my stomach which was never comfortable before because it usually squished my chest. So far, my opinion of this bed has gone from a one star (if I would have been asked for a review within the first week) to a three star (since it has only been recently that sleep has gotten much better since switching pillows). My husband still feels indifferent to it because he is a hot natured man, and the bed seems like it hasn't solved that problem. I hope in another few weeks our opinions might change. One of the main reasons we decided on this bed was the 101 night sleep trial. We intend to take advantage of that offer if we feel the need to do so. But so far, it is better than our old mattress but not as great as I hoped it would be.

My first mattress purchase ever! A perfectly firm mattress with practically zero bounce. I feel so supported and have slept wonderfully. The unboxing was a breeze too. Hardest part was cutting open the thick plastic. But as soon as the mattress started expanding into life, all we had to do was lift and drop right onto the bed. Two people needed for sure, though, as there are no handles.

I've been sleeping on my Ghostbed mattress for about 3 weeks now and I really love it. I'm sleeping better, my sore back is not so sore anymore. I don't notice any "warmth" from it either. I highly recommend this. You don't have to spend thousands to get a good nights sleep.

I'm a cna and I spend 10 hrs a day on my feet running around lifting, pushing, pulling. And after 3 years I thought I would have to find a different career because it had started taking a tole on my body. I also had a problem hoping the bed and my boyfriend never wanted to stay over because he barely find on my old bed. But the ghost bed changed everything.
