I got two Twin Bed Ghost Beds. The Mattresses are Clean, Dont smell bad, one came out perfectly square the other, was dipping a little at both ends, not enough for me to care to much. They are firm yet soft, sitting on the edge it will sink in which is kinda odd cuz it so firm in middle. I have had nightmares every night sleeping in mine but I still like it. I've had a couple good dreams I guess. You might want to hire a white witch to banish any bad spirits. I also got the twin bed frames which are pretty cool. I think they will last a while. They look pretty stylish too. Having both feels real good I like the brand and am so far a happy customer. No dents, no wear so far been about a month or two. A kid might not like the firmness.

My husband and I recently bought a king sized ghostbed and cover after much research and reading hundreds of reviews. It came in 24 hours- ship time to us was ridiculously fast, which was great. The packaging was easy to manage and it was cool to watch it expand and fill. We were hopeful it would be as amazing as all the reviews claimed. I suffer from lower back pain so was especially excited since many reviews claimed ghostbed was a lifesaver. I woke up feeling fine after the first night, but as the day went on my back just froze up more and more until I was in a huge amount of pain. It probably took a full week and a half (and several chiropractic appointments) for my body to "adjust". My husband was also waking up stiff and sore every day when he has never had any issues before. We committed to the full 30 day trial and although it got less painful it was still much (MUCH) firmer than we anticipated. We were waking up sore and went from being excited to lay down after a long day to feeling "meh" at best about the prospect of laying down in bed. I was excited to try a medium firm bed and we both thought it was easily the firmest bed we had ever slept on. I was in touch frequently with customer service who were always knowledgeable and friendly. They offered us several options including a topper to make it more comfortable- but I really don't see the point of buying a brand new mattress and then having to use a topper to make it tolerable within the first month of use. They also suggested we keep the bed longer, saying 90 days would be a better frame to judge it and that we could soften the bed up by jumping on it or various alternatives that would speed the process up. Since I could barely walk that first few days jumping on the bed seemed ambitious. After a full month of poor sleep and aching bodies we felt one month was a sufficient test for our house. We ended up returning the bed, and buying a new mattress from a brick and mortar store that we actually laid on- it's wonderful and we love it. Ghostbed's return process was fairly straightforward and easy, though the charity they contacted to set up a pick up for me never contacted me nor returned my calls when I tried several times contacting them. In the end we chose our own charity and hauled it there ourselves. It took the FULL 15 business days for our refund to be processed, which I think is a little ridiculous, but all in all we were pretty happy with the customer service. As a sidenote, I was so sure we were going to love the bed when I purchased it that we bought the cover as well to protect our mattress- I thought the ghostbed cover would be best since they are the makers of the bed. It was poor fitting and overpriced- it was also unreturnable. In hindsight I would have tried the bed first and purchased the cover after deciding to keep it instead of paying that much for a cover that matches a bed we no longer have.

I am not new to the latex/foam mattress, but I am new to Ghost Bed. First, my bed came earlier than expected and was packaged nicely and waiting for me. I was very happy about that. Second, latex/foam mattresses need to uncompress. This did it much faster than I expected. We opened the bed at 6pm and was able to sleep on it that night! Third, there is typically a smell associated with the new mattress. It was there for a bit but disappaited quickly and didnt affect our night sleep. Finally, we have had our mattress only 3 weeks but have slept quite comfortably and love it. Again, not new to Latex/Foam mattress. I have tried just the foam and HATE them. They sink too quickly and sitting on the edge of the bed makes me feel like a little kid on a slide. This mattress retains its firm shape but allows the comfort of the foam. Great job GhostBed! Super Happy.

The bed support did have quite a few pieces, but the instructions were clear on how to assemble. The mattress itself is very comfortable and I really didn't require more than 1 night to adjust. I could only lay on my back to get comfortable in my old bed, but I have not issues with sleeping on my sides or stomach. I love the idea that there are no metal springs as I am sensitive to any metals. I would and have recommended this mattress to anyone.

I was surprised how quickly the GhostBed was delivered. Once it arrived we unpacked it and let it fully rise. The first night or two were comfortable, but the bed really shines after about a week or so. I think it needs time to fully expand. I would definitely recommend the GhostBed.

So far so good. There were a few bumps in the process of getting the bed, the people at GhostBed were quick to help and get things resolved. The bed is great, the first night was awesome. I did not need any time to get use to the bed. I stayed away from home for several days after using the GhostBed for a week, and the first night back home was amazing, getting back into GhostBed was absolute bliss. The adjustable base will take some time tho, it is difficult for me to justify the cost for something I do not use everyday. I was previously a Casper mattress owner. I loved the comfort but eventually discovered that my nightly hot flashes weren't really hot flashes. The mattress was retaining my body heat to an uncomfortable degree. I went back to a regular mattress, but my arthritis needed the comfort of a memory foam mattress. Then I bought my GhostBed. Problems solved! I have all the comfort without the body heat retention. Extra kudos for how simple everything was, from determining which GhostBed mattress to buy, to putting together the foundation, to letting the mattress "come to life" out of the box. I've only owned this for two weeks, but it has been an excellent experience so far. I don't anticipate my opinion will change.

With an old mattress it was causing me headaches and my boyfriend a lot of low back pain. Since we have had the ghost bed neither of us have had either! The first time I laid on it I felt like I was floating on clouds but don't confuse that with it not being firm. Its definitely a great option if you're looking for a firm mattress and for something for couples. The bed doesn't move much if my boyfriend gets out of bed or vice versa. It came with cooling pillows that we absolutely love too!

Well, I was expecting a significantly better sleep, off the start. I'm still waking up with a bit of discomfort in my lower back. That's specifically why I made the jump. I've beem trying the sleep mode, which is better, but its only been a week. I do like the 101 day trial!

I ordered the GhostBed King. I chose not to order the foundation simply because I wanted a platform bed which I found to be better than adequate especially with the slats spaced apart four inches. The bed sits a little lower but nevertheless found the bed a cut above most beds I've owned over the years! I love this bed because it has a firmness that is not too much. The softness factor is also just right. I weigh right around 240 and 5'11 in height. I find this bed almost perfect. My wife and I get a real good night's sleep. There is virtually no movement on the bed when I get in later than my wife so that is also a factor in my loving this bed so much. At first, I was really afraid of trying to return this bed because of it's size and weight. My fears were quickly overcome by allowing ourselves time to sleep on the bed for at least a couple months. Yes, we both love our GhostBed king and can almost assure you will too!
