It was exactly same as in the picture. Original packing came with couple wrong screws but it company send replacement parts right away.

Bigger isn't better built. This is very cheaply made. We put it together according to the directions. The frame seemed to bend as we attached the mat with the springs. Some springs were super tight while others were super loose. It wouldn't sit level on even ground. Our daughter attempted to jump on it but it bounced with her up off the ground in places- she's right at 100lbs. The only good thing about this situation is the Sam's Club return policy. I disassembled it and returned it to them with no issues.

My kids were so excited for this. After setting it up, we noticed the mat is not tight at all. Within 2 weeks of setting this up it has a horrible squeak. And while jumping on it the bars that hold the net all bend inwards while being bounced on. I expected so much more.

This trampoline is wonderful. I have two older teens and they love it! Sams Club the only place I could find it, came perfect, three boxes, easy to assemble. Holds 500 pounds.

We got this one because of the 500 lb capacity and the rectangular shape as we have a small backyard. It’s great for kids and adults to jump on together, and from what I can find the best price I could find on 10x17 by at least $300!!

For almost $800. Worst instructions, nothing labeled, holes dont line up, nuts and bolts busted out and spread everywhere, missing parts, bent frame, the padding to cover the springs comes off while jumping. Doesnt work at all.

We have had 3 trampolines over the yrs. due to military moves. This by far was one of the more expensive ones and has just fallen apart. 1) when 1st arrived it was missing springs. 2) the mat portion began to unravel as in thread to mat edge coming apart 3) this caused the loops that hook to the springs and base to also unravel 4) the springs began to fly off as the loops unravel. Very poor quality. We have never had a trampoline of such poor quality.

We absolutely love this trampoline as it is sturdy and a great size for our family to jump on. The only thing I would like to change is the instruction manual. It was very basic and we had to assume a lot. All of the parts were there, but it was a struggle to understand exactly where everything went.

Assembly went fine with the exception of one snag while assembling the legs. The pad is very cheaply made compared to the Skywalker trampolines we have had (3 prior ones). My daughter is pleased with it and the bounce is good. However, nothing is ever quite as big as you think it will be. She said she thought it would be bigger, and I agree.

After reading the reviews I was kind of suprised how easy it was to assemble. I have assembled 3 of the round ones before so that helped. The instructions are really bad. It took me 5 hours and I worked 95% of the work by myself. My wife and grand daughter helped. There is a review from a pro in here. Read what he has to say. I would recommend getting a socket set and the adapter for a cordless drill Anyway my 11 year old grand daughter loves her new trampoline
