Still missing parts and a complete unit.

Put it together this weekend & we are missing 6 pieces total. We were able to rig up some of the pieces to make it work, but are missing the hooks to put up the middle piece up..very upsetting.

The final product is great, the only issue is that the rockwall only has one side connected to the playset. I feel like the unconnected side is not stable, so we added a plank. Construction took 2 of us about 15 hours. I would recommend using the BILT app and always checking the hole orientation of the parts. The manual does not always indicate the importance of hole orientation. This is the biggest issue was the rock wall on this. There is also one last step to put small wood planks under the hammock. It is not in the BILT app or the manual but instead on a loose leaf page. But overall kids love it and play on it daily!

My husband and I built this in 6 hours. Set up was straightforward and easy to understand. Need to pay attention to orientation of pieces sometimes. We have older children-> 5 and 8 and they both love this play set already. The swings and monkey bars are perfect- they love the hammock. I’m excited for many hours of backyard play.

Bought this playset. Was told that instruction would be online. When we received boxes there were no instructions and when we downloaded the app to get instructions playset wasn't listed online. So there is no way to know how to put it together. The original website didn't have it listed as an item either so couldn't get instructions there either. DON"T BUY!!!

Bought this during instant savings and saved a couple hundred bucks. Delivery was quicker than stated. Shipping was perfect. Nothing damaged. Parts are pretty decent quality for something like this. Instructions were easily followed. Took us a weekend working around rain and such but it was a smooth process. It will bring years of lasting fun and memories for our little ones.

We just set up this play set over the weekend (took a full weekend) and overall, I’m happy with it! The climbing wall as well as the flooring might need some extra support in the future. It seemed a bit flimsy. Other than that, we love it!

My wife purchased thise for oyr children a couple months ago. Had two people help with the majority of the assembly. Took one full day of work to assemble. Kids love it. Highly recommend.

It took three of us 4.5 hours to assemble. Looks great and the kids love it. Missing the handles but everything else was awesome also haven’t made it to calling customer service yet. I hope they are good and send us replacement parts.
