Good swingset. Directions and assembly are right on point. Too soon to say how it will weather.

Ordered this playset after reading a TON of reviews, looking into best materials and other articles about the company and their product lines. We have a 2 year old and this seemed to be the perfect fit for him. Ordering was easy, and tracking the delivery was easy as well. Ours was delivered by Pilot and they delivered 3 out of the 4 boxes I was expecting. I’m waiting on the box that says 3 out of 3. The 3 boxes just got delivered today (2/16) so I will update my review (or add a new one) when and if I receive the last box. He said to give it a couple days before making any phone calls. I really am a bit annoyed that it didn’t show up all together. Because now I have to wait even longer to put it together and just pray that the last box arrives.

DON'T buy anything from KidKraft they are scammers and liars and don't care about customers spending lots of money for crap and missing parts!!! delivered Jan 2024 as of Jan 2026 we still have 1/2 a double playset after promising to get us the parts this whole time. now KidKraft is saying it is a Sam's Club exclusive and are refusing to send the parts and saying it is up to Sam's Club to give us a full refund. Sam's Club said it is up to KidKraft to fix this mess. KidKraft offered in Dec 2025 a $230.00 credit. I told them no as we still have no playset and how would that give us the parts to put together the playset. We have repeatedly offered to return this crap for a full refund or a similar replacement! we had to wait to put it together for our grandkids as it was a gift from the Easter Bunny by the time we could put it together is when we realized what they had shipped us. 3 boxes wrote in marker (box 1 of 3 box 2 of 3 box 3 of 3) obviously if we had a crystal ball we would have opened %26 inventory but unfortunately we didn't. I don't understand how a company can treat it's customers this way. Absolutely disgusting and infuriating I even looked at other playsets and found the same parts we need different whole pattern. when I emailed them they said it would make warranty invalid and playset unsafe. I replied are you kidding me 1/2 a double playset is safe 😡 and what warranty 😡 not in anyway can we even attempt to put this together as the first steps are parts we don't have. in the meantime my poor grandkids want to know why the Easter Bunny would bring them this and why he hasn't fixed it 😡😡💯🤬 we are not rich and saved up to buy this now I really don't know what to do!! can't afford a lawyer or another playset

My grandkids love it! Great quality! Took some time to put together but the instructions made it easy!

Well built and sturdy. My son actually went down the slide and on the swings with his daughter. The only thing I found was there was no grill or chalk board as advertised nor was there a clock. Otherwise it seems to be really nice.
