We purchased instore, the "medium" version of this mattress. After opening the box and letting the mattress "inflate", we found that the layer of gel pad that sits on top of the springs was shifted off the side of the mattress about 3 inches. We tried but there is no budging it back into place because it is glued together. Also the layer of springs bulged out of the other side of the mattress. As other people stated, the mattress is shorter than what it states for the measurements on the website. There was definitely an oder when opening but it did disappear after a couple of days. Beware that if you do buy it at local Sam's, as opposed to ordering it, there is no pick up return service, and it is a heavy bed if you have to return it. On a good note, it was a pretty comfortable bed.

Sams has great return policy thankfully. I initially purchased the medium which was more like a firm and then trying to not spend alot went with the soft one. Great quality but this soft is definitely more like a medium. Do not recommend this for side sleepers. Back sleeper this is great purchase and quality mattress but side sleeper look elsewhere. I have had this mattress for about a year now, I turn it every 6 months, I love it! I sleep so soundly on this mattress and never wake up stiff or sore. I highly recommend it. I also highly recommend turning your mattress every 6 months, it really helps keep it in good shape.

I really love this mattress the bad thing is i dont want to get put of bed. It is very heavy which almost impossible to pick up to tuck sheets under.

We find this mattress to be very comfortable and supportive. The price is very good too! King size with medium firmness is what we purchased.

For the price this is surprisingly comfortable. I got the medium firmness which was a little softer than I expected

Not a good mattress felt great for about a month. I should've had red flags when the mattress arrived too short from my other twin xl and more narrow. Seems like this one was definitely defective maybe? Not wanting to keep it either because my deep sheets don't work on it as well!

Absolutely awful. The bed itself is so heavy to move. It gives far too much. This review is being written a month after owning it. I usually give a bad time for my body to adjust. It feels like a marshmallow, no support at all. Some may like a hybrid foam, this is not for us. Worst investment we could've made.

Read all the one star reviews and then read them again. This is not a good mattress, certainly not a luxury mattress. The size is not a true king size even though measurements are given. That means it doesn't fit a king frame nor will king sheets fit right. And it's not that comfortable. Good luck if you decide to buy it anyways.
