I recently purchased the Hotel Premier Collection Medium Firm Mattress, and overall I'm really impressed. The setup process was incredibly easy—everything arrived well-packaged, and it expanded quickly without any issues. Within a short time, it was ready to use. In terms of comfort, it hits a great balance. The medium-firm feel provides solid support while still being comfortable enough to relieve pressure points. It works well whether you're a back, side, or combination sleeper, and I've noticed a big improvement in sleep quality since switching. It also feels very durable and well-made. Thos mattress is great! I chose the hybrid because I've been sleeping on a memory foam mattress for a few years and it's starting to wear out. This one has memory foam and springs ans can be used with several types of bed frames ( I have a platform bed). It's pretty thick so i believe any sleeping style could find a good spot. You don't necessarily need a boxspring like a regular mattress so that saves you some money. Also, be ready for a 2 person lift.. it weighs over 100lbs!!!

After getting 3 defective Nectar Premium mattresses in a row, I decided to give up on Nectar. I took a chance on this mattress from Sam's. I purchased a Medium and couldn't be happier with it. I would say it's actually firmer that the Nectar Premium. I have a bad back, hips and knees. I am now able to enjoy pain-free sleep!

This mattress was delivered in a beat up box but the product was still tightly rolled and unaffected by the box abuse. It was extremely heavy and definitely needed 2 people to pull it out of the box and unwrap it in place. Upon removing the 2 layers of wrap, the mattress instantly inflated. The instructions say it could take 72 hours. While i did sleep on it that first night, i think that it got a little more comfortable the 2nd and 3rd nights. The mattress itself is quite comfortable. Very soft, but still somewhat firm. My biggest complaint is that the mattress is soooo slippery the sheets won't stay on! I have deep pocket sheets and every time I move slightly, the sheet bunches up and pops off the corner of the mattress. I tried putting a mattress protector in between the mattress and sheet. That only resulted in the mattress and the protector bunching up and popping off the corner! I hype to find a solution but in the meantime, it's quite frustrating.

Overall, if you're willing to give it a couple of days to settle, this mattress delivers a comfortable and supportive sleeping experience.

We bought this mattress about 3 weeks ago to replace a memory foam mattress. The Hybrid provides a much better support system with the springs while having the same feel up top with the memory foam. It has felt better every week we have had it.

I have owned other high end mattresses and paid much more for them. This one is very comparable and in some aspects better than others for less money!

We've had our king size mattress for about 4 weeks now. It's very comfortable for both of us. I am a 5'5" 130 lb 59 year old female and he is a 6' 240lb 62 year male. We sleep in all positions.

Did not know what to expect from a mattress in a box but I am never going back to anything else. I am 250 lbs and a side sleeper. My old air mattress was hurting my hips. This new one is everything I've wanted in a mattress .
