We bought one mattress and found it so comfortable that we bought a second. It has NO faulty construction issues. We bought "medium" firm and it is highly supportive with a quality memory foam on top.

good matress! can't go wrong on the price! i looked at several. decided on this one. But if you order a Medium its really soft! going to see if i can exchange for a firm. i have a bad back so i gotta get that firm!

I ordered this mattress TWICE and it was never delivered. Some of the excuses were that it was too hot to deliver, our address doesn’t exist, shipment was damaged in transit, etc.

Incredibly mushy, zero support. We put it on an adjustable platform and it was terrible, we are just waiting for a replacement mattress to then return this mattress… Definitely look elsewhere.

This mattress is "Hotel Quality" - very solid, firm construction and heavy! Unfolded quickly after release from the box & plastic wrap! Slept on the floor for several nights before the bedroom suite arrived. As described on the box!

Neither of us are overweight, yet the mattress already is sinking after less than 2 months of use. Not even sure how to return it, still trying to figure that out.

We had a name brand memory foam mattress for a handful of years that costed twice as much, and my wife and I like this considerably better. I’m 6’5 and weigh around 250lbs and this bed is very supportive and comfortable

Outstanding Mattress for the price. Just the right amount of firmness but fits snugly embraces all the body's curves. The only problem with this mattress is that you may not want to get out of bed.

This mattress is wonderful!! First good night of sleep in months. We both woke up rested with no back or knee pain. Should have gotten this a long time ago. Came well packaged. If you need to get some excellent sleep. You have to try this mattress - you will not be disappointed.

The plush mattress is like sleeping on a marshmallow. You totally sink into it. No support whatsoever. And I like a softer mattress. But not this. Also, there is NO reason for it to be 14 inches thick. Making the bed is a nightmare and keeping some expensive deep pocket sheets on it is impossible. Have had the mattress on a guest bed just a few months. Will be putting on the curb for garbage pickup soon.
