Felt real uniformed appearance made the custom cake feel store bought and unhuman like

Tried to order in person. Was told it had to be done online and that absolutely NO changes could be made. I just wanted the yellow as the top ribbon color instead of the blue. Husband picked up the cake. I didn't see it until at the restaurant with entire extended family. Cake did NOT have the background scene. Was just roses ( NOT suppose to be any roses) all around the border and the HAPPY Birthday scrawled across the entire top. Looked like garbage. No point in putting on the plastic figurines. They looked completely out of place. Even the ribbon edging was sloppily done. Wasn't the shell tip used. Looked like someon's 1st day at cake decorating class. Was completely embarrassed. My daughter's 25th birthday dinner with many extended family and that horrific cake. Absolutely nothing was done like the picture showed, yet I couldn't have them swap the yellow and blue colors because I was told it had to be done EXACTLY like the picture. Unbelievable horrible customer service

If you can’t duplicate the picture to show the same colors, please change it so it shows the true colors when ordering. Had I known the background would be green and blue, j would have changed the color of writing
