We got a half sheet princess birthday cake and it was definitely worth the price. Only $21 and the cake was so fresh and moist. Definitely will be ordering all future cakes from here.

Cake was exactly as expected

Look amazing

I absolutely love the bakery department. I only order from Sam’s club. I hate the new way to order online and only online.

Your cakes are always delicious!! Everything about the cake was beautiful. There was a problem that I noticed once we got it home. You must lay the picture down on the cake. It was slightly folded in the middle so it looked a little funny. It was something that I think your bakery should have caught and fixed right away. We live to far away to make a fuss and could not have brought it back.

The cake was plain looking! The princesses were missing and it did not look like a birthday cake. It didn't taste moist, it was dry. DISAPPOINTED!☹️😢

Missing the key feature of the cake! The PRINCESSES😡We had “ back up “ cake decorations. No one noticed. But a HUGE flub on Sam’s bakery! For a 4 yr old birthday party👎🏻👎🏻Thanks bakery for not paying attention to DETAIL,,,,you have ONE job to do,,,,,

It’s my daughter’s first birthday but they wrote 2 instead of one but the smash cake they wrote the one

We normally love Sam's cake, however this one was bad. The cake was dry and there was almost no frosting, making the cake even dryer. Really hoping this is not a change Sam's has made to their cakes and that it was just a mistake.

VERY POOR QUALITY FROSTING, TOO TOO SWEET, BEAUTIFUL DESIGN BUT I THINK CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE ABLE TI CHOOSE A DIFFERENT TYPE OF FROSTING EVEN IF WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA…. I CANT BELIEVE HOW SWEET IT WAS…
