The calendar and photos are great. Quality is very good and everyone likes it. I thought it would easier to use and some items are but we still havnt figured out why when we add events they don’t show in the calendar. Hoping we figure that out and then can give this a better review

The skylight calendar has been a lifesaver for our family that’s always on the go! My husband is even utilizing all the features! If you have a busy life of community and school events, this calendar will keep you well organized and the color coded categories are also helpful. This is so much more than just a digital calendar!

Not enough color categories to separate my families busy schedule… I was hoping this calendar would have given me more power to operate and edit how I like it. I was originally looking for an e calendar that gives the same free range as you do when organizing with a 12 month, wall, paper calendar. I’m considering returning it, but giving it a chance to grow on me. I’m hoping that the calendar can also receive updates by syncing through the mobile app. I also was a bit disappointed that I can’t view the categories on the mobile app like I can on the skylight calendar. Holding out for some kind up update and upgrade!

We love the calendar and screensaver. I wish it was easier to edit the events once added. Also would love to have a reminder pop up on my phone of the events happening about 30 min prior to the event. Also would love to be able to print the calendar for my kids that don’t have phones yet. Very good easy to add events. Love the shopping list and the fact that the kids can add to it.

My husband and I finally decided to order the skylight calendar. Well our thoughts are, why didn't we buy it sooner! Our boys ages 8 & 5 have added extra chores on top of what we decided just so they can check more things off. It has been so helpful for them and us as adults! The shopping list is a game changes for me as a busy mom and we also make to do lists also. We love watching our pictures go in a slideshow and the calendar keeps all of us organized!

I find the subscription plan for being able to add photos to my digital frame that is a calendar very hard to swallow. I’m being charged repeatedly for core functionality that is inherent with any other digital frame. Oh but wait you can add a tag line. Not worth it. I’d like to at least be able to organize the photos within my calendar into folders so I could play certain groups of content at certain times. Maybe a holiday folder to play during November December. Or by family member or friend group so I can play that sunset while those people are visiting? If I’m paying for a service I expect that service to provide more capability over time.

I bought 2 of them as gifts for my children and families and their busy schedules. They both have set theirs up and I hope enjoying them this week. Even the children were excited to see the chore charts and their personal schedules in a color they picked.

The calendar subscriptions are clunky if you use iCal. Probably works better with google calendar. The biggest gripe I have is that it doesn’t display the date. It displays the month fully spelled out and the year. ie “September 2023”. So there’s definitely room for the full date and maybe even day of week. If you want to know the date you have to click into the calendar and it is going to be written in much smaller font and it’s in a different spot depending on what screen you choose(weekly daily or monthly view). I find myself constantly glancing over looking at the top bar for the time and date. In my opinion, that top bar should always display the date and time no matter what screen you’re on it should just consistently be there. Seems like a small thing but when you buy a dedicated display and it only ever tells you the month and year, it feels like kind of a missed opportunity. I probably already know what month and year I’m in 😂.

I love the frame feature, but think it is crazy that I have to pay additional money every single year to keep it as a phot frame, especially with as much as the product costs to begin with. I would love to keep this feature, but with what I spent on the frame I'm not sure I can afford to keep it that way.

I am enjoying using it. It has organized my day. There are a couple minor issues that I think needs to be added or resolved. For example, I’ve noticed that when I’m trying to edit an event, and I’m trying to update it to sync to my calendar, I’m not able to. I have to delete it and start over. It would also be nice if I was able to check mark my events as I go. Letting me know if I actually did do that or not. It helps me to know if that event got pushed back. Other than those small things, it’s really cool to be able to add and look at my calendar from my phone.
