I love that my high school kids can sync their calendars and it shows up on here for all of us to see. The younger kids have their chores listed and they enjoy marking them off when they are done. I love that they are color coded. We are working to see if the meal plan is beneficial to us. The grocery list is nice but I have been using Alexa and enjoy the hands free use of that to add to my list.

Bought it for my wife for Mother's Day and she absolutely loves it. She can display calendar events, plan dinners for the week (the kids can see it so they stop asking what is for dinner lol), set each kid up with chores, and make grocery lists all in one spot. It syncs with the calendar on our phones through the app and updates quickly when you add or remove events. Would highly recommend for someone who likes to keep things organized!!! Very Impressed!

Love it. Very convenient. I've waited for a decade for something like this. The "magic import" feature is truly amazing - this alone is worth the plus subscription. I just forward my sons' sports schedules for the season, and magically all events are added to the calendar. Saves a ton of time.

We have a large family and unfortunately the multiple calendars are all on top of each other instead of side by side like google calendar does online. I called and they said they didnt have a feature to make it side by side. I would have been ok if they were overlapping if they were in the same order so it was easier to see visually, but sometimes my oldest kid is first and sometimes she is last. :(

I have my Google colander synch d and my chores put in. Unfortunately, chores are often not displaying and the calendar import of Google or cozi is not always real-time or near-real time. I have gotten into the habit of restarting the skylight every morning So that the chores show up.

Good frame. Could use more features as it appears to only have a calendar, task list and chores. I have no use for the photos as it takes a ton of time to load and keep maintenance. One improvement feature would be more customization on the view format in calendar view. We love to view the current and up coming 3 weeks. Once the end of the month comes you get the one week we are on and three weeks prior unless you swipe down and then you only get to view the next week until it sets back to the single week of viewing.

Having a menu for my children to see while I am gone during the day was one of the key reasons I purchased this specific type of electronic planner. I'm very disappointed to find that there is no option to show the meal plans for the day on the unit itself. It's only on the app which does not help my children and I during the day. Everything else seems fine.

Calendar, chores, meal plan and ability to create lists on device and app that sync! The developers are listening and developing new features, very exciting. I love that the photo screensave is affordable and allows us a way to display photos without clutter. The celebration when all chores are complete is awesome positive reinforcement. I synced our Google calendar with no trouble and the magic import feature is wonderful. Adulting rating A+! Love that there is no direct internet connection, I don't want a wall tablet just what it is. I highly recommend and glad I finally decided to get it. The synced grocery list is worth it alone, I have it, he has it and the kids even add to the list and nothing is forgotten!

I like having a centralized digital "command center" and that the app syncs to everyone's devices. I would like to see improvements on the meal planning portion. . . recipes categorized by type, not meal (main, sides, desserts) and the ability to add more recipes to one meal slot from the different category types. One reason we purchased Skylight was to eliminate multiple home management apps, one of which is a paid menu planning app. At this point, we will not be unsubscribing from that service as Skylight's meal planner is not as functional as the one we use. Also, would like to see improvements in the task and routine planners. It is very difficult to keep up with which tasks and routines have been added because you cannot see a week at a glance and it does not show in the task box what has already been scheduled.

We had some pretty good systems set up at home already but I was excited to have them digitally, all in one place, and the ability to eliminate having to transcribe my phone calendar to a wall calendar each month. But the functionality of the different skylight components is not a robust as I had expected for the price. A lot of the systems we used at home don't crossover and are pretty basic on the skylight. If you don't have any systems in place already, this is a good place to start!
