I love the idea, but unfortunately have had many issues with glitching on the product. Many times it will say “chore chart cannot be changed please try again” and then “this feature cannot be accessed” I’ve only had it a little over a week and I’m pretty bummed. I’ve tried restarting but it hasn’t fixed the issue.

It would be perfect but there are some glitches. I can’t get more than a few photos to load. Weird things happen like the time in my app will show an appointment at 2:30 and on the calendar it shows 3:00? I have to manually change the time on the calendar. Still trying to work through the bugs but everyone has stopped asking me constantly when and what they have every day which is awesome!

Overall, very satisfied - keeps the family on track with all the kids activities and sports. Chores are also a nice feature. Wish there was 2 way sync with the shared calendars and having to pay a subscription to put a picture on an electronic frame “forever more” is lame.

I have the sleep mode set for 9pm to 6am. It never goes to sleep, I get in bed and realize there is still a light on at 11 and its the calendar photo. I manually put it to sleep. it "wakes" up at 6 am like it is supposed to. I also wish I could view the calendar on a monthly scale as well as the 1-7 day scale. With 3 kids in sports I usually have to make plans a month out

I was gifted this item. I had reviewed it prior to it being gifted and was all for it. However when setting it up I ran into multiple roadblocks and difficulties. Spent weeks going back and forth via email with their support teamv(which BTW was great, responsive, and helpful) - It took a long time but it finally began to sync but only with new items I added to my calendar not previously added events. I am glad to have this product but wish the set up wasn't so challenging.

Sometimes it goes black when I upload photos from my phone and I need to restart it. It also cuts off the heads in some of the photos so I wish it had an option to format. Overall though it has been great and has really helped our family stay organized.

If you’re already using a google calendar or some form of calendar app THIS IS A NO bRAINER!!! To have it sync with the wall calendar is absolutely e.v.e.r.y.t.h.i.n.g. Using the “lists” as things pop up in the kitchen and then having my husband or I at the store and just go on the app to see what we need is amazing. I haven’t even gotten into the “chore list” bc my kids are too young but I’ve been dabbling in the “meal plan” and it makes such a huge difference in knowing what’s for dinner!

We aren't the typical use case for the Skylight Calendar. Our family is made up of two busy adults with two dogs. My husband and I used to spend time on Sunday evenings coordinating our weekly schedules. Now, it is all on the calendar and is updated in real-time. For the first time, my husband and I are not sending urgent texts to determine if the other has plans for the other they weren't aware of. It has made life so much less chaotic.

Gifted the Skylight calendar to our daughter she always used a calendar and it was well wrote on. Noticed the busier they got the more colors was being added to there calendar hanging in there kitchen. It made a HUGE difference for them!! She told me she made a doctor appointment for one of her kids and didn’t completely checked the written calendar in the kitchen and that day already had events on it (3 months down the road) It has made a big difference in daily use.

This is exactly what our family needed. Both my husband and I can update things on our phone and in the morning look at what is going on for the day so we are all on the same page. The kids love it because they get to look at the pictures that show up on the Screensaver.
