I've never been able to figure it out. I emailed a few times to get help with it but Still can't figure it out. I had another skylight frame 10 or so years ago that I loved but can't get this one to work. It was an expensive purchase to not be able to use it. I would love to have someone help me again.

Absolutely love it. I love how many features it has and that you can text or e mail the calendar flyers and it adds them to the calendar, I love you can send photos and it'll make a slideshow! It's helped myself and my 6 kids keep track of our very busy lives 😍

We enjoy the Skylight. It keeps our family on task and easy to know what's on the calendar in one location. I would enjoy being able to add stars directly within the Skylight instead of using the app - it's an extra step for me especially if my phone is not nearby while updating tasks. Otherwise we have highly recommend this to family and friends.

The syncing is not always great. The pic and pdf to schedule was working great in the beginning and now it's very inconsistent to if it's actually going to get the texts/format correctly. Two of the same pdf can have different results. Overall, I like it for the screen but probably would have looked for a cheaper option.

I expected a lot more customization: alerts customized to when I need them to go off, multiple reminder options for events, the ability to move each persons task list around (currently they are in alphabetical order, but I want to place them in birth order but I can't). Events don't sync both ways, only from external calendars into skylight, not the other way around. So I had added a bunch of events in the skylight app, but had no way to get reminders for them or view them on my Apple calendar. I learned very quickly that I need to do everything in my Apple calendar. I could go on and on. My kids love it and overall it's a nice thing to have, but I could personally live without it. Hopefully it will get better over time.

I was manually entering everything onto a dry erase board each week, cross-referencing calendars, working out the menus and figuring out the grocery list. Skylight automates all of it and allows my husband and I to see the shopping list in real time on each of our phones. I do not have the subscription and still think this technology is great! I would love to see the dinner planning or photos included without the subscription as I just think the subscription model is too expensive for what it's really doing but even without this features, the skylight is still helpful to our family daily!

I am a senior citizen and bought the calendar to help keep me and my husband in sink with appointments and reminders. I think to make this product perfect a microphone needs to be added in order to input by voice rather than typing in. Also, we have had a few hiccups I regards to getting the time set for the events. Having to manipulate first the hour hand and then the minute hand is more difficult rather than just typing in the time. If you aren't careful, it is also very easy to save it so the time shows as the CURRENT time rather than the appointment. I think this product has the potential to be very helpful to seniors; as the largest part of the oooulation if you market it to reach this age group your potential for making a good impact for us would be very high. Let me know if you want some help with developing g it for people 60+.

We're both retired but with the various organizations we are involved with and 7 Grandkids playing baseball, soccer, volleyball and softball our schedule was getting hard to keep up with. Skylight has really been a blessing for us. Everything is right in front of us and easy to see who, where and when we need to be somewhere. Love having the app on our phones so we can view the calendar anytime we need to. Fantastic product.

This frame has literally been life changing! My four kids are obsessed with checking off their tasks each day and earning stars. I thought they might fall off after a week or two but we are almost two months in and holding strong. Mom loves the calendar! It's been so helpful for all of us to be on the same page about the schedule.

No capability to display photos unless through a subscription service - when done on other Skylight devices for free. Really no additional features worth paying for to justify the monthly subscription. Calendar display is really just a big iPhone or iPad calendar that requires additional, less intuitive set up.
