Questionable operarion of controls.

The tv has a good picture,but a problem with the electronics seems to be developing.It locks up sometimes and I have to reset the tv by unpluging it for 30 seconds and it works ok again this has been happening a few times lately.If it continues I'll have to call Visio.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. I like the tv and the way the apps are set up. We had a previous vizio tv and it was fine, but the screen started to randomly go blue and it would restart. The picture quality of this tv is horrible. Especially on apps like Disney plus. If you want value and aren't picky about the picture, this is a good tv for you. It's not cutting it for me compared to other TVs. We will not buy another Vizio after this one.

The edging around the top is loose!

The edge around the top is loose. You can see daylight through it. I didn't see it until I got it out and set it up. I am sick and don't have the energy to do what it takes to send it back, so I will glue it down and hope that works, but when you pay that much money, you expect a complete and well-made product. It's not too big of a deal, but it upsets me to look at it right now.

Very disappointed

I've never had more problems with a tv than I do with this one. I bought this as a present for my husbands birthday not realizing it wasn't a Roku tv and I regret it. It's given us nothing but problems, every morning without fail it can never connect to the internet and it takes us 15 minutes at least of try to reconnect and restarting the tv to try to get it to work just so we can have the news on. It takes forever to load once it is connected and the screen loads one small portion at a time. Meanwhile while this tv says it can't connect to the internet we turn on one of our Roku TVs in a different room and there's no issues at all and it works right away. Very frustrating as this is the tv in our main living space. Do not waste your money on this tv.

Don't buy if you have an Xbox series x

If you have an Xbox series x it refuses to go into 4K mode it is garbage saying it will only do max 1080p with 50 hz for gaming… we were buying this as a temporary fix till we get the tv we really wanted but I can't get past this I will be returning this tv quickly
