Tv is ok for the money. Blackout spot on top left corner of screen and audio goes out on occasion and needs to be powered off/on or channel changed. Otherwise it's great!!!!!!

Packed a brand new jo1 in a Jo3 box. NOT HAPPY.

Well for starters you guys packed a Jo1 not a jo3 in a jo3 box.... So not happy about that. Going to have to call after work today as that version doesn't have the exact features i needed for this buy. No hdmi2.1, no Dolby vision, No game engine, and no push to talk remote. I'm sure ill be further inconvenienced by helping you guys fix your mistake. I mean how did the Jo1 even get in a Jo3 box to begin with?

SmartCast Can not be used outside US/Canada

the Smart APPs can not be used in Mexico, we live close to border and normally we all but TV to be used in Mexico. the SMARTHCAST System can be used just in Canada and US, the ON AIR channels and others in/outs can be used normally, but not the SmartTV system, same as the DVD region/country blocking: "SmartCast TV its not available in mexico" not sure why Vizio do that, I never saw another brand to block the APPs by Country. returned!

Bought tv at thanksgiving. tv already has different color lines going up an down screen, even a solid black wide color at times going down screen. Went to put feet on tv and they do not fit. they are wrong feet!!!! main apps on tv had someone elses info on them. This was not a new Tv as advertised....

The TV stopped working less than a year of purchase. We contacted the manufacturer and they replaced the tv and had the same issue again. Very disappointed. Would not recommend getting this TV
