I have used Depends for the past 18 years and mostly it does a good job. the new product with the grey covering, I do not like. I do not find it as absorbent as the Depend Guards I had been using. The dark color makes it more difficult to see the absorancy and when it is time to change and therefore I find myself using more pads than before

I have tried these and the shields and have not found them to fit very well. They just dont seem to be made for mens briefs to wide at the top glue in wrong place and they bunch up at the bottom. I tried the womens version poise and found them a better fit and a lot cheaper which I think is not right the ladies are so much less than mens Just not a good fit and would be more than will to help them redesign

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had prostate surgery in April 2015. After wearing your Mens Underwear Fit-Flex I was ready for some type of pad. I tried a couple different brands and settled on your Guards for Men. I work 8 to 10 hours a day on my feet in a factory and need to be able to CHANGE EASY during the day and these work well. For me I go check every 2 hours or so because when they are full they leak so there is a need to be pro-active. They fit well, stay in place, don't show from the outside, and are comfortable.

I regard the current Guards design for men to be more appropriate for a woman. Men require a little more wider coverage from the middle to upper portion of the guard. The coverage is insufficient for active wear when male genitals tend to move back and forth. The design needs to be adjusted so as to accommodate movement or swing motions when sitting cross legged..

Almost a year ago we went on an 18 day trip to the Midwest and Canada and enjoyed every second of the trip. We made rest stops along the way and if I had to change was able to do so in a family rest room. At that time it had only been 6 months since I had the prostate removed by robotic surgery. I know I will have to wear guards or Real Fit underwear. Expect to wear a number of years. I have found these products excellent for my needs. Would highly recommend them.

Since my prostate surgery 12 years ago, I have tried lots of different products to absorb the moisture from a leaking bladder. It has been frustrating using a pad that had to be changed frequently, was not comfortable, and bulged in the wrong places. Finally, I tried Men Guards. They are comfortable and absorb a lot of moisture before they have to be changed. I am delighted with this product!

Like the Depends Shields the coverage area is less than what I feel comfortable with. I have days where something like the shields will do but at times I require more protection like the Guards. On bad days I use feminine overnight pads instead of Guards, not a comfortable fit but gives me confidence that I will not leak passed the pad as it covers much more area. This product is supposed to let you forget about our leakage issue and go about our daily routine. This product gets me about 3/4 of the way there. I have had leakage beyond the pad on more than one occasion with the Guards, luckily I work close to home so I was able to go home to change. This product needs to be wider and longer by 3 or 4 inches. Not to be all negative, the product works as advertised. Even with the coverage issue this product is very useful.

The shape of the Guards for Men should be modified to a T-shape or cross-shape. The male anatomy moves during the day and at night, and leakage can easily reach the undergarment and during sleep, the pajama garment. Look at a pair of basic men's briefs with a Guard in place to see the area to the left and right that are not protected.

If you enjoy changing frequently, having urine run down your legs, wetting your pants, spending 2X as much as you should,... then yes use these. However, if you don't like the forementioned stuff, then look to other brands. I had a prostectomy 2 years ago and it left me severely incontinent. These pads hold half as much as others and cost 2X as much! Pure marketing selling inferior rubbish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using your product for 4 years. Only once was i dissatisfied. Your recent change does not form a cup to contain. I don't like change but if the product does not work for me i will have no other alternative. it is almost like you have made them not as wide and as a result does not covver side to side. this is the only brand i have ever used. if i change, the chances are i will never be back
