Like the Depends Shields the coverage area is less than what I feel comfortable with. I have days where something like the shields will do but at times I require more protection like the Guards. On bad days I use feminine overnight pads instead of Guards, not a comfortable fit but gives me confidence that I will not leak passed the pad as it covers much more area. This product is supposed to let you forget about our leakage issue and go about our daily routine. This product gets me about 3/4 of the way there. I have had leakage beyond the pad on more than one occasion with the Guards, luckily I work close to home so I was able to go home to change. This product needs to be wider and longer by 3 or 4 inches. Not to be all negative, the product works as advertised. Even with the coverage issue this product is very useful.

I do not like the new Guards at all. They are less absorbent and require me to use 5 guards a day where I was using 2 before. I have been using your product for 17 years and was very pleased with it. The new guards are a big disappointment. You have downgraded the efficiency that I always depended on. I have a large supply of these guards on hand at the moment. Hope you will go back to the old guards real soon. I will keep trying to find a replacement for the future, as I can not "DEPEND" on your brand anymore. I will be watching your Ads to see if you have changed the product back to the original. Hope it will be real soon.

If you enjoy changing frequently, having urine run down your legs, wetting your pants, spending 2X as much as you should,... then yes use these. However, if you don't like the forementioned stuff, then look to other brands. I had a prostectomy 2 years ago and it left me severely incontinent. These pads hold half as much as others and cost 2X as much! Pure marketing selling inferior rubbish.

Your design has changed as these pads are not as wide at the top as they used to be. They tend to leak on the sides. I have been using this product for years, but now I am looking for something different. I understand that you want to increase profits by using less material, but the cost of loosing customers might not be good for the bottom line.

This product I have been using for years and suffered through many failures but did not see an alternative. I asked my wife to reorder for me some time back and she mistakenly ordered a different brand. To my surprise these worked much better than depends on keeping it together. The plastic wrap on depends comes apart with leakage greater than a few small drizzles. This results in the inner absorbent material falling out and down into my underwear or pants. I am only still using them because I ordered 104 of them and found if I put them in upside down, the top end holds together better than the bottom end. My next order will NOT be Depends Guards for (nobody).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am post prostatectomy and am having constant leakage as well as occasional "squirts" when I sneeze or cough. These are perfect for me as they absorb quite a bit. I can go 4 to 6 hours without needing to change them.

The latest incarnation (purchased in September 2023 wrapped in a white pouch versus the earlier gray pouch) of the Mens Guards is a step in the wrong direction from the previous version. It is lighter and noticeably less absorbent than the previous version. I will be looking at other brands for comparison now. Previously, I hadn't shopped around because I was so happy with the Guards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1) The pads make passing a kidney stone a great deal easier. Drinking extra water produces extra volume and greater frequency, so Depend Guards let me get around and do something away from the bathroom. 2) When I walk the dogs, I don't have to look for a tree for me. (I received a free sample.)

The new design is NOT an improvement. I went to many stores to find the older style. The new design leak on the sides, not as absorbent , leakage along fold lines. I am very dissatisfied since I have to wear these 24/7. Looking for a different brand. :-(

These new pads are absolutely terrible. Please go back to the older style. They were 100% better than the pads you are currently making. I fussed at my wife because I thought she had bought the Target brand, (they are that bad) only to look at the package and see they were the so called new and improved Depends. They are new but they sure as heck are not improved!!
