I regard the current Guards design for men to be more appropriate for a woman. Men require a little more wider coverage from the middle to upper portion of the guard. The coverage is insufficient for active wear when male genitals tend to move back and forth. The design needs to be adjusted so as to accommodate movement or swing motions when sitting cross legged..

Works well for weak bladdered guys like me. I feel the urge to go about every hour and sometimes can't get to the urinal when it gets urgent. So I let a bit of wetness out and my bladder feels okay till I can finally fully relieve myself. When I was younger I wore pull up style but these were too diaper like. Still do not hold a full voiding but about a half one. Once I lost control and these held most of my wetness but still damp underwear and slacks or jeans. Good for light to moderate lost of bladder control. Not good for heavy or complete loss though. I am in my late 30s. Wish I had these as a kid...better than Pampers I wore inside my underwear as a kid.

This product I have been using for years and suffered through many failures but did not see an alternative. I asked my wife to reorder for me some time back and she mistakenly ordered a different brand. To my surprise these worked much better than depends on keeping it together. The plastic wrap on depends comes apart with leakage greater than a few small drizzles. This results in the inner absorbent material falling out and down into my underwear or pants. I am only still using them because I ordered 104 of them and found if I put them in upside down, the top end holds together better than the bottom end. My next order will NOT be Depends Guards for (nobody).

Drinking extra water produces extra volume and greater frequency, so Depend Guards let me get around and do something away from the bathroom. 2) When I walk the dogs, I don't have to look for a tree for me. (I received a free sample.)

The new Depends Guards for men in the grey package does not absorb even close to the green package of guards. They tell me that they stopped making the green package guards.The new guards does not work. I have used depends guards for 5 years and was very happy. But just got the new guards and they are horrible, trust me. My friend said the same thing. They do not absorb like the old ones. Now I have to find something that works like the old guards. They have cheapened the product.

My experience with this product has not been good. These guards leak through the sides and need to be changed frequently. I can visually see that the pad has plenty of life left in it but it needs to be changed out because of the leak. I wouldn't chance wearing these out in public. I wear them at home only so that I can change my underwear and pad and hope for the best. I won't purchase these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am post prostatectomy and am having constant leakage as well as occasional "squirts" when I sneeze or cough. These are perfect for me as they absorb quite a bit. I can go 4 to 6 hours without needing to change them.

I am Chris and have been plagued with bladder problems all my life. I have worn diapers at night all my life and protection of some sort during the day to school as a kid and now to work. I do have a few pairs of tighty whiteys for when I am near a bathroom. I did try wearing these pads inside my underwear. Once on a long drive when I could not find a place to urinate I let a little out to relieve the pain and it held the first small amount I let out. Minutes later the pain came back feeling like my eyes were about to pop through my eyeglasses and I again let a bit more out. Finally I got to an exit and a gas station and as I got out of my car and stood up more came out and leaked into my underwear and jeans and I had a big wet spot in my frontal area. I then hit the mens room and gushed out into a urinal for about 2 minutes. I do keep Depend Mens Undies in my car so I brought one into the bathroom and changed into one in a stall. So for slight bladder problems I would recommend as well as for guy stuff but for heavy or moderate incontinence either the Maximum Protection plastic backed or the Mens Underwear or the Real Fit Underwear are the best options. I wear Depend Mens Underwear during the day and Maximum Protection at night. My bladder is way too weak and I wet way too much for these.
