I absolutely love this bed! It's the perfect firmness with some give (got a medium). Melts to my body and gives me the best sleep I've had in very long time. I don't notice when my dog moves about or jumps on the bed. I'm so thankful for this bed for I have a very physically demanding job with long hours. My quality of sleep has improved drastically. With previous mattresses I would toss and turn all night, literally waking up in pain every time I'd roll over. I was dealing with major lower back pain and shoulder pain all day every day. My husband finally let me order this Mattress and I do not regret it at all. From night one I noticed a difference, I was only waking up because of my cat and not back pain. Worth every penny! We have the adjustable base with this as well and will never go back to any other type of mattress. There is seriously nothing to not love, we love everything about this Mattress.

We are sleeping much better now. The only problem we have is the mattress does become extremely firm when cold so one must be mindful of this factor.

We've had a Tempur-pedic for over 20 years and love these beds. I can't imagine sleeping on anything else. I've now put a Tempur-pedic topper in our guestroom and the bed is so much more comfortable now. I've had multiples shoulder and back surgeries and these truly are the only bad so I can sleep on.

We bought this mattress 30 days ago. It is the most uncomfortable mattress we have ever owned. We are tossing and turning all night long. This mattress causes extreme back pain and numbness in the arms for side sleepers. We have tried kneeling and walking on mattress to loosen up, but nothing works. I am now sleeping on the couch. We called 2 days ago to return and we are still waiting to hear back from a representative from Tempur-Pedic. So far, not an easy return process as suggested by salesperson in flagship store.

The mattress is comfortable, but every set of sheets and mattress protectors (including the Tempur-Protect Mattress Protector) we've used are so slippery that they move all night long. The Tempur-Protect Mattress Protector was supposed to be non-slip, but it it is just as slippery as the other much less expensive ones we've tried.

Finally convinced my better half we needed to upgrade our bed. We went with a split king with adjustable bases. Finally a bigger and better, bed. We both love it. My spouse who was hesitant about spending so much money said he would gladly do it all over again. The best nights sleep we have had in years. The adjustment period was a breeze because we already had an inferior queen memory foam bed. My spouse said she sleeps 300% better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a tempur pedic mattress for the last 15 years - and I finally got one. I had slept on one while a guest at a relative's house, and I have never had such an amazing and restful night of sleep. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Unfortunately, it was explained to me that the tempur "adapt" mattress is the "original" tempur pedic mattress. So that was what was ordered for my house. I have had it for over a week, and I keep waking up in pain every morning. I am very disappointed, as it is not at all reminiscent of a traditional tempur pedic product, in my opinion. I am waiting on a team member to get back to me, so I can get a proper replacement. Fingers crossed
