This mattress has absolutely sucked and this company doesn't stand by their word on the 10 year warranty. The amount of money you spend on this mattress is not worth it at all!!! Their customer service absolutely sucks!!! I would not recommend them at all! I have a warranty on my mattress and they won't honor it. Just a complete waist of money!!!!

I absolutely love this bed! It's the perfect firmness with some give (got a medium). Melts to my body and gives me the best sleep I've had in very long time. I don't notice when my dog moves about or jumps on the bed. I'm so thankful for this bed for I have a very physically demanding job with long hours. My quality of sleep has improved drastically. Thank you!

It only took a couple of nights to realize I had made the best purchase ever. I was waking up every night around 3 in the morning with pain in my hips and back. Now I sleep thru the night without any pain. I always look forward to climbing into my bed and loving a good night sleep. Even a nap in the middle of the day is a treat.

Mattress is beyond firm. And I love a firm mattress. I was ready to exchange for diff mattress but the Salesman said it needs to be broken in (alot)! He recommended walking, kneeling on the mattress daily the 1st month to break in. It finally is more comfortable. Just not sure it's worth the $$.

Excellent sleeping experience. I was having difficulty sleeping with my old foam mattress (it wasn't a Temp-P) & with the new Temp-O mattress, I sleep so much better. So far, I love this mattress & can't imagine a better one. It's the entry level mattress too.

I have had memory foam in the past so I assumed that the #1 brand would be even better. It is actually worse I don't get how it could be so bad as it feels great at the store and when you lay down but over night it puts pressures in all the wrong places and you wake up with massive pain. Do not get it!

I've never slept better than I have since I bought this mattress! I sleep like a baby. This mattress is very comfortable and cozy! I used to toss and turn and wake up through the night. Now I can sleep through the night without even waking up once! It does take getting used to though, when I hop into bed though as there is no "spring" to it like you get from a regular mattress. Totally worth the investment!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first Tempurpedic mattress I've purchased and I'm glad to say it exceeded my very high expectations! It's soft but very supportive- great for relieving back pain. My only complaint is the super smooth feel of the mattress cover causes sheets to slip around. I had to buy fitted sheets with corner loops to help hold them in place.

The first year on our new Tempur Pedic Adapt Medium was great. Soft yet firm, with support everywhere you need it. Just like I remember from the Tempur Pedics that I slept on for years throughout high school and again after college. But almost to the day one year later, I started noticing neck pain when I woke up. It wouldn't go away, and started getting worse. I got the Tempur Pedic neck pillow, which did help a bit, and my wife says it reduced my snoring. But the neck pain never went away, with some days worse that others. After a few more months, my wife started having trouble sleeping because of back pain. Then I started getting back pain when lying on my back. We realized the areas where we sleep had gone completely soft, yet the sag in the top layer did not meet the company's warranty standards - as determined from the photos that they told me to take and send in. But this issue is not visible from the outside; it is a failure of the foam cells throughout the midlayers of the mattress. I can feel it by shifting to the center of the bed where neither of our bodies lie while sleeping. It feels like a ridge that you can balance on, like a thin sliver of support. But because of the properties of memory foam, there is no way to evaluate this without lying down on it. The mattress retains it's level form even as the interior foam completely breaks down. The company makes an effort to brand themselves as 'high end' and charge a fortune for their products. But just like their beds, the support from Tempur Pedic's customer service team is also severely lacking. It is very impersonal and you feel somewhat betrayed after getting completely shut down without a fair analysis. I am very disappointed with the way this company has become after being a previously happy customer. I used to recommend the beds anytime the subject came up, but I will never again. The product has gotten worse instead of better, and their service is abysmal.
