[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my first tempurpedic in mid 2000s (it was quite firm and we loved it). Inused it for almost 20 years! I spent many weeks trying to figure out which of the new matresses was closest to the feel of my previous one. In the store i was leaning to adapt pro firm, which was $1000 more. Discussed w online costumer support for tempurpedic, who suggested this one. And they were right. Firm, but it feels it hugs you and supports you through the night for an amazing night of sleep! I couldn't be happier!

I slept on a Tempurpedic for 32 years, It was perfect,until it died. I never thought of getting any other brand. I have had this mattress for 30 days. The first two weeks were fine. Then, one morning I woke on a series of lumps,bumps, crevasses and things poking me when I sat. I phoned you, but nobody called me back. It said to walk on it on my hand and knees. I have P.T. For my back and knee once a week and .I,m 95, but I did it as best I could. No change. Under my body the mattress has softened, but the bumps are there, The other side if the bed is still bad, but I try to press and release. Every night I lower the bed( it,s adjustable), and try to work it, but to no avail. There are even bumps under my pillows. I must sleep in one position. If I move I,m up. Some nights I strip the bed and smooth the protector, but it doesn,t work. I looked at a topper, but there,s no promise of relief. I did not notice any odor, but I have wakened with swollen lips and mouth a few times.. Today is 30 days. Tomorrow I will call to initiate return. I have looked at other tempurpedic and other brands these past two days. I can,t walk very much, but I tried. I know you will charge, but I can,t bear it anymore, Your mattresses are different now, and .i don,t know who can like them. Maybe this one is defective, and others won’t have a problem, but every one I sat on in the store was bumpy,.I,m tired and a little emotional so I hope I can be dispassionate when I call.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There is only one Tempur-pedic, all of the attempted knock offs don't hold a candle to this mattress. It's firm but cradles all the right places. From the moment I slept in it, my lower back pain disappeared.

I have severe scoliosis and have almost 70% of my spine fused. I've found it IMPOSSIBLE over the years to find a memory foam mattress conforming enough and soft enough for me. I originally had this same mattress in a full size for four years and recently upgraded to a king. This is the ONLY mattress I can sleep comfortably on! It conforms all the ways I need it to, with not too much pressure, but stays firm where I need it to as well. It's like this mattress was made for me! Anyone with strains, from the neck or back having a hard time finding a comfortable spot due to health conditions or overall comfort. This mattress is a life changer!

This is our second Tempurpedic mattress. The first one is 25 years old and still going strong in our other home. The new one is a Medium Hybrid. It feels a little soft to me, but I fear the firm would be too hard. Perhaps the hybrid coils are what give it its "softness". The mattress it replaced is 30 years old so anything would feel more comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never slept on a bed like this one, I have always slept on spring mattresses, this hybrid mattress makes me sleep so well, I haven't woken up with any soreness and every night I deep sleep and I am not sure why but I dream very vividly every night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we went to the store. It was like the three little bears. My husband did not like the medium - too soft. Then he tried another too hard. So I decided he would like the King hybrid medium. A winner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 20 year old traditional mattress with the Tempur-Adapt Medium and we love it! Both of us have experienced a reduction in body pains and are sleeping better. One really nice benefit is that one of us can get in and out of the bed without disturbing the other; there is practically no movement. Just the right amount of firmness. So glad we invested!

I had a wonderful Tempur-pedic mattress for over 15 years. Then, when I moved to a new state, I left that mattress behind and ordered a relatively inexpensive mattress from one of the newer online vendors. After a year, it had softened into a hammock-like shape. So, based on online reviews, I purchased a new Tempur-Adapt Medium. It's certainly better than my previous mattress. But for a side-sleeper like myself, it sometimes feels too firm for my shoulders and hips -- too much pressure on those areas, resulting in a slight tenderness. Of course, I'll keep the mattress. But I long for the original Tempur-pedic mattress that I purchased in 1999.

I'm a side sleeper and I move throughout the night, but I also have some back problems from some car accidents, so I needed support with some "give". This mattress has it all. A nice soft top layer to allow some room for my shoulder, but enough firmness fo give my back some much needed support. I fall asleep fast and sleep well, and look forward to naps and bedtime. Even my cat sleeps on the bed more often, and the motion transfer reducing technology means I don't get rude faces when I get up now.
