The foundation is perfect! Very sturdy! Did require two people to put together. The only issue is rain gets through the back panels. Currently looking for a plexiglass to place on the back exterior wall. Any suggestions???

This was very easy to build. make sure you leave about 5 hours of time for two novice craftsmen. follow the instructions carefully, paying attention to the directions of pilot holes, or you will end up doing some rework. My son is 13, and he was able to assist me without any issues. while the boxes are heavy, they are inconsequential to the actual build. the first step is to remove all the parts and ensure you have everything organized. make sure not to skip this step. also, it halps if you can access the back side of the structure in order to install the roof. That part was left out, and ours is against the fence. It was easy enough to lift the roof and install from the front, but it did deviate from the instructions. overall, this was an easy project. Take your time.

This bar shed was the backyard upgrade we didn’t know we needed. Purchased mid-July, delivered two weeks later, professional assembly scheduled two weeks following (additional charge), Impressed is an understatement. We couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The high-quality cedar lumber of the product is immaculate! The only downer is the bar area is metal. Being in Texas, the summer heat can be pretty excruciating. I highly recommend purchasing bar mats to prevent burns. The electric outlet box is cool and convenient, but we plan on having electricity installed instead of plugging into our outdoor outlet. The hubs plan on installing a 55in television shortly for the upcoming 2024 football season. I can't wait for cooler temps to host and enjoy it to the max. Very sturdy product with great quality and price! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The bar was just assembled and installed yesterday and I love it! They thought of everything. I love the electrical box w three chargers and three outlets. Makes lighting and charging so simple. The material is high quality and very esthetically appealing.

Very easy to put together. (Follow instructions and measurments) I took my time and it came out perfect. I did install the roof edge drip plate on the back under the roof covering so the water would drain off and not run down the back wall I will also reinforce the wall to hold the tv. Very pleased with the outcome.

This is very well made.well designed. Instructions are excellent. My wife and I assembled it in about 6 hours. We are both in our mid-70’s and not extremely skilled in putting things together but if you read directions carefully and take your time, you can do it yourself. It is a two person job.

So impressed with the quality of the Backyard Discovery kits. The bar kit is the third style we’ve put on our property. And the easiest to assemble per husband. But he does have the assembly routine down pretty well. All styles, pergola, gazebo and bar have withstood our Northern Arizona winds, monsoon rains and winter snows without an issue. Two we have applied an oil base sealer but decided to see how bar weathers naturally. Just picked up our fourth kit (XL Grill Gazebo) to serve as a cover for grill and smoker in summer and store fire wood under during winter. Obviously we’ve decided the Backyard Discovery Kits are well worth the monetary and labor investment.

We finished putting this together yesterday. This bar looks even better than the picture. We purchased this for a new patio we just put in the side yard. It fits there beautifully, and really adds to the feel of the space. We look forward to years of enjoyment. I was impressed with the quality of the materials as well.
