I’m a female homeowner, close to 60 with back problems, and this cordless snow shovel works great for me! I can do almost the entire 2-car driveway on one battery charge, so I may invest in a second battery so I can get it all done with one outing. Because of how it throws the snow, it’s not great on stairs, but that’s not a problem. Having a tool that gives me the ability to take care of my own property is well worth it. Light, fluffy snow is key; heavy, slushy snow gets jammed up in the auger and the unit stops.

This product does not work as well as the video shows, especially on brick pathway and driveway. The bottom kept getting stuck and it didn't throw the snow as far as seen on the video. It also left a layer of snow on the ground that I had to go back over with a shovel. it is also difficult to move, would be better if there were small wheels on the back.

Wow, very pleased. Purchased on Black Friday, 2023. Arrived 5 days later. Rained the night I assembled it and then snowed on top of that. The 11", Snow Joe 24V-SS11 24-Volt* IONMAX Cordless Snow Shovel, 5AH battery just scooped up the 1 inch of frozen slush and launched it 20' off my deck. I have a 26" 2 stage snow blower but it's difficult to maneuver and using it in light snow is a lot of work and impossible to use on my deck and front porch. This SnowJoe is very easy. Very pleased.

So far so good..it took me less than 10 minutes to clear the sidewalks for my 3 neighbors and my own. This is a game changer for me. I even cleared the parking lot and the deck , it's an easy task now. It's only a few inches of snow today, I had fun showing off my new toy.I can't believe I am the first one in this neighborhood to use this type of tool here. It's a must have tool to fight snow storm this season.

Gas powered snow blowers are too heavy for me to use and a manual shovel is getting difficult as I get older. I ordered this product after a friend referred me. I used it for the first time today and what a blessing. Cut through 19" deep NY snow with almost no effort. I just wish I had gotten an extra battery as it only lasted about an hour because the snow was so deep (just ordered a second battery). I highly recommend this for anyone!

Just used this for the first time and was impressed. Made clearing the patio and a gravel driveway easy. Only issue is the snow blows straight out and can blow back on you. If there was a way to control the direction of blowing this product would be perfect!

This product is ok but not up to the hype on the video or the printed advertising. When cleaning off the deck it pushed the snow ahead of the machine rather than blowing it. It worked somewhat better on the concrete and blacktop garage apron but still had to use constant back and forth motion to blow snow in front of scraper blade.

After purchasing 2 of the snow jow battery powered shovels. One for my daughter one for myself. Mine had a defective battery release tab tgat madebit impossible to remove the battery from the shovel without assistance of a rubber mallet. I called their customer service and was told it would be 6 weeksvtobget a replacement battery as they were out of stock. How can a company this big be out of batteries? 6 weeks puts us into tge end of the snow season. No more snow joe products for me.

I got my Sunjoe snowblower shovel for my birthday in August and just used it for the first time. I'm extremely impressed with how it worked on 6" of light snow. The battery didn't quite last as long as I'd like, so I ordered a second one. I'm very happy with how easy it was to do my driveway and it's a pretty decent sized drive.

My wife bought this, I was skeptical, that it was a waste of money. Today it was +2 and the snow was wet and heavy. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked well. Throwing ahead. U just need to Keep the top of the head above snow, as it says so it can throw the snow. The unit is light weight and u can make a shoveling motion in deep snow to manouvet around obstruction in deep snow. I recommend getting another battery so U can finish the job. Remember U have to let a battery That U removed to charge, cool down B4 U put it on the charger, or it won,'t charge. Just like other cordless power tools like a drill, hence a spare battery 5 amp/hr (largest one ) is a great idea.
