This product does not work as well as the video shows, especially on brick pathway and driveway. The bottom kept getting stuck and it didn't throw the snow as far as seen on the video. It also left a layer of snow on the ground that I had to go back over with a shovel. it is also difficult to move, would be better if there were small wheels on the back.

I just used the Snow Joe for the first time today. as someone who has problems with my back, knee & ankle, this was amazingly easy on all three. It sure beat exhausting myself with the lifting & pitching of snow repeatedly. I also managed to get it in sale. I figure after paying someone to plow and shove twice, this is I’ll pay for itself!

Just received my cordless snow thrower and set it up. Word of advice - it will not assemble directly out of the box without you (the customer) having to remove the back plate on the bottom of the thrower and taking up the slack on the internal cord. Once you make the cord length shorter, only then will you be able to follow the assembly instructions.

Thought this was a gimmick tool until I bought it. So easy to put together and easy to use. Battery lasts a very long time. Only problem I had was wet snow it clogged some but was easy to unclog by just turning it upright and let the snow fall out. Worth every penny. My neighbors saw mind and now 5 of us in the neighborhood have one. This one has great reviews and trust me they are correct.......

After purchasing 2 of the snow jow battery powered shovels. One for my daughter one for myself. Mine had a defective battery release tab tgat madebit impossible to remove the battery from the shovel without assistance of a rubber mallet. I called their customer service and was told it would be 6 weeksvtobget a replacement battery as they were out of stock. How can a company this big be out of batteries? 6 weeks puts us into tge end of the snow season. No more snow joe products for me.

Just purchased this a week ago and I wasn’t sure what to expect. This thing is awful. Yes it does clear snow however, it bogs down and jams up very quickly. I need to go incredibly slow which then causes me to lose momentum just in time for a chunk of snow to jam the blade. The blade is also a piece of plastic which there is no telling how long it’s going to last or if it is even replaceable. By the third use it’s making some strange sound. Hit a little slush or a rock and the snow shovel will jam. It’s amazing how a product can be so bad. Again at this price point it was a shot in the dark but I will use it until it dies which shouldn’t be long then move to an actual single or two stage snow blower. The battery does last and I will give it that. I will do my entire driveway and a path and still have adequate charge remaining. The cover is also a nice idea. All in all I won’t buy anything like this again.

Excellent, cut thru 10 in drift in my 2.5 car length driveway - I did take it 1/3 width at a time, or go back and forth as needed.. the best gift i bought myself this year. My son-in-law bought one too. you still have to shovel if there is ice or snow-plough pile up near the curb.

Wow, very pleased. Purchased on Black Friday, 2023. Arrived 5 days later. Rained the night I assembled it and then snowed on top of that. The 11", Snow Joe 24V-SS11 24-Volt* IONMAX Cordless Snow Shovel, 5AH battery just scooped up the 1 inch of frozen slush and launched it 20' off my deck. I have a 26" 2 stage snow blower but it's difficult to maneuver and using it in light snow is a lot of work and impossible to use on my deck and front porch. This SnowJoe is very easy. Very pleased.

I’m a female homeowner, close to 60 with back problems, and this cordless snow shovel works great for me! I can do almost the entire 2-car driveway on one battery charge, so I may invest in a second battery so I can get it all done with one outing. Because of how it throws the snow, it’s not great on stairs, but that’s not a problem. Having a tool that gives me the ability to take care of my own property is well worth it. Light, fluffy snow is key; heavy, slushy snow gets jammed up in the auger and the unit stops.

This is my first experience with a snow blower. Assembly was a little frustrating. The handle will not quite turn to 90 degrees from the base. Turns out it isn't noticeable in use. On fresh snow with no slushy base it flat clears it away like a hot knife in butter. If you have slush that is starting to freeze it doesn't feel or sound good when you force it into the shovel. Also it starts to stick to the shovel and block snow from getting in and blown away. Once I used this a little and got the hang of what it will do I am happy with it. I cleared 3 walks and part of my driveway in 15 minutes and wasn't at all tired like I would have been doing it by hand. The battery still had all the bars showing afterward also.
