This is a great "little" snow shovel ! This makes moving snow so much easier and faster as compared to using a regualr shovel. Definitely recommend this snow tool. The unit is tough and built well. The 4.0 AH battery lasts about 15-20 minutes of continuous use. We purchased an additional 5.0AH battery for an additional 20 minutes if needed. and this gives us plenty of snow removal time. Blowing snow 5" deep or less is awesome with this SnowJoe. Now, it is not intended for real deep or real wet snow. It does not have then power. Buy a big gas snow Blower for that use.

Just received my cordless snow thrower and set it up. Word of advice - it will not assemble directly out of the box without you (the customer) having to remove the back plate on the bottom of the thrower and taking up the slack on the internal cord. Once you make the cord length shorter, only then will you be able to follow the assembly instructions.

This product is great. I only wish I orderd the bigger one. Works great, light weight, cleans well. Wish the battery lasted longer. I would recommend this, but would say get a second battery. Make sure you get the rite size, I got the 11 inch, wish I had the 13 inch. or bigger. Also wish it came with the cover, not at an additional price.

Out of the box, it only took a few minutes to assemble the handle. I charged the 5 amp battery and my shovel was ready to go. Two days later, we had our first snow fall and I was able to test it out. It really works! It cleared my walkways and steps with ease. I then used it in the spots where my gas snowblower was not able to access do to limited space. If the snowfall is not deep (3 inches or less), it can do all of your snow removal in no time. If the snow is more than 3 inches, it will do the job but take a little longer time wise. The battery is great - lasted much longer than the 26 minutes noted in the specifications. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Just used this for the first time and was impressed. Made clearing the patio and a gravel driveway easy. Only issue is the snow blows straight out and can blow back on you. If there was a way to control the direction of blowing this product would be perfect!

Gas powered snow blowers are too heavy for me to use and a manual shovel is getting difficult as I get older. I ordered this product after a friend referred me. I used it for the first time today and what a blessing. Cut through 19" deep NY snow with almost no effort. I just wish I had gotten an extra battery as it only lasted about an hour because the snow was so deep (just ordered a second battery). I highly recommend this for anyone!

I purchased this and have used it twice now. I am 61 and have a bad back. This has been a lifesaver. I had to shovel 12inches of snow yesterday and this just plowed right through it. It also worked awesome on what the plow left in the end of my driveway. I can't say enough good things about this product. It absolutely gets the job done!!!!! I have recommended this product to many people. I LOVE IT!!!! You will not be disappointed. The battery never gave out on me. I do have a small area I have to shovel so I have not used it for more than 30 minutes at a time but it's power really impressed me especially after this last round of very deep snow. The first time I used it the snow was wet and heavy and about 6 inches deep and it worked awesome!!! Being over 60 and having a bad back this has truly been a lifesaver for me.

This product is ok but not up to the hype on the video or the printed advertising. When cleaning off the deck it pushed the snow ahead of the machine rather than blowing it. It worked somewhat better on the concrete and blacktop garage apron but still had to use constant back and forth motion to blow snow in front of scraper blade.

I bought this gem 2 years ago and took a lot of grief from my husband about wasting my money. Unfortunately he passed away before we could use it. Well, it finally snowed! And I’m one happy camper! This bad boi went thru 6 inches of snow like a hot knife thru butter. Truly amazing! Did my porch, steps and driveway in less than 20 minutes! Who knew shoveling snow could be so much fun? There is a learning curve though, which I found out the hard way. Make sure your out of the way of the snow blowback or you’ll end up a bit frosty, lol. I did have problems with assembly, I ended up removing the plastic cord protector and was able to get the cord in the poles. Customer service was great in helping me with this. I recommend this this gem to everyone, especially those like me who have had to take on home maintenance unexpectedly.

Thought this was a gimmick tool until I bought it. So easy to put together and easy to use. Battery lasts a very long time. Only problem I had was wet snow it clogged some but was easy to unclog by just turning it upright and let the snow fall out. Worth every penny. My neighbors saw mind and now 5 of us in the neighborhood have one. This one has great reviews and trust me they are correct.......
