I like LG products (including kitchen appliance and wash/dry appliance). It has great functionality and features set. It's reliable and works great. The only exclusion is my previous LG TV (60 inches). It stopped normally work in approximately 5 years. I hope this, new one, will work longer and more reliably. Meanwhile it works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 55” LG OLED tv about two weeks ago from the advise of a tv repair man that was here to fix a previous tv that failed after 4 months. He was right, this OLED has a great picture and features then our other one. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I am disappointed in the level of sharpness on distance shots on live programming. It has numerous SMART features, but there is definitely a larger learning curve with the smart TV. We still have not mastered the remote. We became frustrated and reverted back to the ROKU remote. I was really hoping we could balance the sound to where music and commercials don’t blast us out of the room, but if there is a way, we haven’t figured it out

Looked and looked…thought and thought…and finally decided to get an OLED. I knew I wanted and LG and did a lot of research and decided on the B2. Love this TV…everything I hoped. Best picture and the easiest interface to work with. Going to buy a second one as soon as I can.

First the obvious, the picture is amazing. Smooth, vibrant and decent brightness for an OLED. The WebOS interface is nice although a little slow when you compare it to certain popular streaming devices. That said, WebOS is a little slow and the LG App Store doesn’t have a few of the most popular streaming apps available. The magic remote is cool but the voice commands get some getting used to. The scroll wheel is a brilliant idea but many of the apps have limited compatibility with the remotes features. Point to scroll and the scroll wheel for instance don’t cross over smoothly in some apps. All in all though I’m very happy with the TV but still use my streaming stick for many of my daily use. It’s taken my content from mediocre 4K sharpness and color to stunningly beautiful.

Truly an absolutely amazing TV! It was delivered on Christmas Eve and we suffered through not being able to unpack it until the 26th of December. But, when we did WoW! A magnificent picture, connectivity was a breeze, navigating between add-on’s and downloads is all done with a beautifully laid out remote control. We love this LG TV, and the fact that it’s 65” and almost paper thin is jaw-dropping! Too bad we can’t give it more than 5 stars.

Lots of great features, very easy to navigate, and the sound is fantastic. However, I purchased it based on how amazing the picture looked in the store showroom, and I don't feel I have the same experience at home. The picture, while much better than what I had with my old TV, is not as clear/sharp as what I expected based on the in store experience. All in all, I'd say it's mostly good, but I'm mildly disappointed based on the picture quality.

Even those we have it set to open up directly to the home screen when powering on, it doesn't. It opens to instead to live tv, lg channel or antenna. Even the Geek Squad couldn't get it to power on directly to home screen. Also this newer version doesn't allow you to remove lg channels or several other apps to the trash. Very disappointing.
