We have been using this for 9 years now, I can't provide you with proof that it helps, I can say we have never had any side effects from it 👍

I have been taking Tumeric for a while now and this larger bottle will last me for several months and is a great bargain.

Vitamins appear to be good quality and the quantity is especially good but the dosage is higher than the RDA per our doctor so I am hesitant to take them. I will do more investigating for safety measures

Turmeric powder is loose and coating all of the capsules inside the bottle therefor getting all over your hands, countertop and other pills in your daily pill box. What a mess!

These are not the same as my previous order, these made a crazy mess and left stains everywhere after handling the pills. The pills are also 30% larger making them awful to swallow. I returned this.

This tumeric causes major staining of clothes. This is the 1st time I’m trying this brand and I’m about a few weeks in and my clothing has started to have yellow stains.
