Be very careful when handling these. They will leave an orange/yellow residue on your fingers and it will stain things. It also takes a couple of good hand washings to get off. The supplement itself is fine.

I have not noticed any problems or benefits from taking this supplement. The capsules themselves are quite large and have a mild aftertaste. However, I believe that is caused by the contents of a broken capsule coating the remaining ones.

Do NOT recommend. I had been previously using a different brand but decided to try Sams because of cost savings. After 2 weeks of use, my arthritis pain returned. I discontinued & went back to my previous brand. Within days, my pain was gone. I returned the bottles to Sams with no problems. This is a low-grade, inferior quality product. Do not waste your money
