I purchsed three (3) different ink cartridges and they were shipped to me in a bubble wrap envelope. Two (2) of the three (3) cartridge boxes were crushed. These should have been put in a box to ship which would have protected them a little better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used and owned HP printers and ink. Because I use my printer everyday, the XL is the best choice to the most ink to get longer usage. The only suggestion I would have is to make the cartridges larger in the future to hold more ink.

My tri-color cartridge prints but doesn’t last very long. I can’t get my black cartridges to print.

Way too expensive for toner ink. Price has obviously gone way up.

When I put the cartridge in it tells me to put it in correctly and press ok. The cartridge is in correctly. I have tried turning the computer off, unplugging it and resetting it. Nothing works. Waste of money
